As suggested on the label, I'm taking two a day along with one tablespoon of MCT oil for an additional ketone boost and I experienced fewer cravings. I don't feel anymore as if my blood sugar is falling too low in the morning so I manage to keep my diet goals for once. Ketones are what feed brain and muscle cells instead of glucose hence I'm intrigued by them. Further I found that BHB supplementation can extend the lifespan of C. elegans nematodes by 20% in studies but a direct effect on the human lifespan hasn't been observed yet. The capsules themselves have barely a smell or taste and came in a tightly sealed bottle.

Not really sure if I am getting any benefit out of this... have taken 1 a day and not much in results... I can say, there is no bad side effects... maybe curbs my appetite a bit... not sure if I will continue...

Subscription quantities cannot be sent as indicated because of the lack of product. I give the product an overall 5 rating because it does help me but give the Subscription service a 2 star.

The medicines were not strongly protected. Bubble wraps were not wrapped around them. About 3-4 med was broken inside. Not sure if I can trust this med tho.
