Perfection
Fresh, flaky, buttery flavor. Perfect. I wrap it in aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes at 425.

It was great
It was spectacular. But it had bones in it. It wasn’t truly a boneless fillet as I thought. But the bones were fairly big size. It was definitely fresh. Tasted fantastic. Smell good and fresh. Texture was good. Highly recommend for Lent season or meatless days!

I bought this product yesterday amd had some for dinner last night. It was delicious! I will get this again. I do like my seafood fresh and this was great!

very good. its hard to mis-cook chilean sea bass. but, that said, these were exceptional.

Need time to remove scales and bones, but otherwise great
I bought 1 pound. The cut was beautiful, but there were so many scales and bones in the single filet. It took a lot longer to prepare that the fish market I buy sea bass from. It was very fresh and tasted great, but I won't be in a hurry to buy from whole foods.

Consistently high quality sea bass
I had to descale, but this was fantastic quality. Fresh, soft, succulent and buttery flesh. Finding it on sale at 32/lb is a great opportunity to try it!

Fishy, expensive and bones!
It didn’t taste fresh. When I get my fish from my local butcher shop it smells and tastes like the ocean but this fish smelled and tasted fishy, not to the extent where I thought it was unsafe to eat but definitely disturbingly fishy. I didn’t eat more than a few bites before I got freaked out. And it’s expensive! And it has bones- my husband ate it twice and picked out so many bones. I will go back to the butcher shop for my fish in the future.
