Fun activities for 6 and 8 years old!
We got the toy for my 6 years old daughter. She loves unicorn! She played it with her 8 years old brother for a long time. It was messy but they had a great time.

This is going to be a great family project
First off I just got this in the mail so we have not worked it yet. Showed the finished pic (cupcakes and cake) of the soaps to my 6-year-old grandson and he said, "those look yummy, Nanny". I did read through the entire instruction booklet and it is very well laid out and easy to follow each step. The food is the first mold, and there is a second mold that looks like little hand soap bars and a larger bar mold. There is nothing in the instruction booklet about this second mold, so will be a hit and miss on how much to melt for each. I can't wait to do these with the grandkids. We will add photos to this review once we get them made. Thanks for the inexpensive craft fun for the family.

Cute Kit
This is a cute kit that has everything you need to make the little soaps. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. I will say- we don't have a microwave (long story) and so we used a double boiler on the stove to melt the glycerin and it started cooling down and getting really gummy very quickly. So I'm not sure if that's user error or what. It would be nice if there were a few more colors- the red and the yellow are a little plain and not really cupcake-y colors to begin with. But my girls enjoyed making the soaps- it was a great birthday gift and a fun afternoon.

Easy and quick
My kid loved how easy and quick she made her own soap and now she washes her hands just to use it.

Not much for the price
This kit was fun, and the concept is great BUT for the amount you pay it’s not very much soap. They only give you two colors too, so you can’t really make everything look fun without spending more money on more coloring. The mold gets bent out of shape very quickly, effecting all the next soaps. The piping bag is so oversized that by the time you get the foamy soap to the bottom of the bag it has cooled too much and is hard (start over!). Inflation accounted for, I’d have paid $15 for this and have been happy. So, over-all opinion is it is over-priced.-Update: Customer service was amazing! They really cared that I wasn’t satisfied with the product and worked with me to make it right! So rare to work with a company that cares!

Cool present my daughter loves
Really fun slime kit. Mess free and cool that you get to make your own, rather than buying pre made. Makes it more of a project and experiment that my kids loved. Next I’m finding a kit for my son!

Would Not Recommend
Super disappointed in this kit. It's not convenient or easy because you need a hundred other ingredients to complete these experiements (see photos). However, the WORST part is that even when following the instructions for experiments to the letter, they still come out wrong. It's like the author(s) have no clue how substances react together or any concept of proper ratios. In the attached photos, we were supposed to be making unicorn poop that was moldable like a dough I'm guessing. We followed the instructions exactly and it came out a soupy mess. It said add more corn flour to thicken it. So I ended up using the entire (small) bag provided and it just turned into a paste. :/The other experiment we did was the fluffy slime. It says only certain shampoos will work. Well there must be a reason (I'm predicting a specific ingredient that must be in the proper shampoo) so why not just say what those are instead of waste 50 mg of shampoo over and over again just to see which ones *might* work. Adding salt to our shampoo did absolutely nothing and I was questioning whether they were actually leaving out an important activation ingredient to get it to turn into fluffy slime (all of the recipes on the internet usually call for some type of shaving cream or contact solution, etc.)So, both of the experiments we tried after closely following the instructions were complete duds. Would not recommend and am sending this back. At $40+ this is a joke. We make better slime from internet recipes with glue, baking soda, and contact lens solution.I've included photos that show the original soupy mixture, the directions, the subsequent paste, the crazy-long ingredients lists, and what you get in the kit. I may have taken the picture without the little tube of glitter in the shot.
