WECO EZ RO Universal Water Supply Adapter - 1/4" Outlet - Quick Connect Valve for Water Filter Systems - Lead-Free and Leak-Free

Leaks from valve body
Easy to install, but the valve body leaks due to shoddy rings inside where valve rotates around connector body. I discovered this after installing and found it was leaking - not from connectors, but from the valve itself. I moved the valve when looking for the source of the leak when a stream of water shot out of the valve body folding the area. Not a quality product.

Much better water flow. Quality product
Was having trouble figuring out why my ro system did not produce enough water. I did everything like changing the ro membrane, replacing the pre and post filters, increasing the pre-charge on the pressure tank....etc. Nothing seemed to work. After much research online on how to boost pressure on ro systems, I decided to increase the flow by discarding the 1/4" valve and buying this 1/2" (or 3/8") universal valve along with a pressure booster pump. The valve is pretty easy to figure out. It has a detachable threaded adapter that fits on each to convert the valve to either a 1/2" or 3/8" supply tee valve, depending on the size of cold water line angle stop valve you have in your home. You may need a wrench (or two) to unscrew the adapter from one side and fit the other side if needed since it is tightly screwed in by default to fit 3/8" water lines.I installed this in under 2 minutes. No leaks. Also installed the booster pump. Now I have really good flow from the drinking water faucet. Waste water flow is reduced as well. TDS also went down to 5 ppm. This feed adapter valve came in real handy.

This fits any water system under sink
The media could not be loaded. Ordered this to replace a leaky brass water supply adapter valve that came with my ro.Had to do a lot of research because I did not know what my pipe size was. Just knew that the water filter tubing was 1/4" since that was printed on the instruction manual.Took less than 5 minutes to install once I figured out how the small detachable, threaded thingy on the end worked. Screwed on one end to the flex hose and the other end to the angle stop valve. Plugged in the blue ro line. Turned the cold water valve ON, holding my breath.... no leaks. Turned the small blue lever towards the ro line and immediately the ro tank started filling up, again no drips.....yahooooo!Just one warning! It did not come with any instructions. You're on your own if you run into a problem.
