I always struggle to find sports bras that compress but are still flattering. Most sports bras I've owned that are good at compressing are then too tight around the rib area, armpits, and/or shoulder straps too, so I get bulges of skin and chafing in these areas. This bra really compresses and immobilizes my boobs without causing skin rolls, bulges, or chafing! I ordered a medium and it does run slightly small but that turned out to be a positive thing since a large wouldn't have been quite as effective while running or working out. It comes with removable pads, and the inside of the bra is not spandex which I like personally—it's a softer cotton material (I hate the feeling of sweaty spandex on my chest when working out!). My one qualm with this bra though is that the chest area looked seamless or invisible in the picture, but this is NOT the case—the seam is sewn into the inside of the bra and is still just as thick. So it does NOT lie flat against the upper boob area, and IT WILL SHOW under tighter workout shirts.

This sports bra is the BEST. It is comfortable and cute/stylish. It is true to size. I got my normal size medium and love the fit. It is not too tight in the ribs and the shoulder straps are the perfect length. (I do not like when sports bras have adjustable straps.) I have smaller boobs 34A or 36A so I love that it has the thin shoulder straps and more minimal coverage in the bra area bc I don't have a mile of cleavage to cover aka it looks cute and stylish not just like a huge sports bra. I have run and done yoga in this bra and I also love wearing it around the house. I have it in black and will buy more! BUY IT! :)

Many people said to size up, so I did (especially because I have needed to historically with this brand). I'm always a size small. 34A bra size. So sometimes I'm even borderline a XS in some brands like fabletics. But I have previously ordered from CRZ and while their bottoms are very consistent in sizing, i've returned a handful of shirts and sports bras several years ago due to them being not stretchy and far too tight. So naturally I got this one in a medium and was willing to try again. Well, it's a bit too large. I would definitely say to stick to your normal sizing or just order one of each and return one. I bought this on sale and by the time I got it the sale was over so I couldn't order one in small too. The perk was since I've been pregnant, the medium has been more comfortable for me but it does pop open and droop a bit in the front . Luckily I workout at home so it's not the end of the world lol. It is very comfortable for everyday wear though, so I do like it for that and not being too compressive by sizing up

When I bought this, the reviews were so overwhelmingly positive that I was really excited to get it. Let's be clear about what this is. It's a soft sports bra that runs large. It has removable cups - when I hear "padding" I think "extra oomph;" this is not the case. The removable cups are only padded enough for modesty. There's no separation in the bust; it simultaneously gave me a uniboob and flattened me out. If I were looking for a comfy bra to wear when lounging, and I didn't care what it looked like, I would have kept this. It IS soft and comfortable. But it didn't look great and it is certainly not what I thought I was getting. For reference I wear a 34C and I ordered a medium, which was too roomy to use for anything other than yoga or lounging.

I ordered a medium because that is my usual size and when I tried it on it was baggy around the ribs and the strap on the back was also loose. I’d recommend sizing down

I am a solid medium with a b cup and I am sending back for a large. But good quality

This is really cute and I want to love it. The problem is the band around doesn’t have much stretch to it and it’s too big so it rides up in the front and back. Also the straps are not adjustable. For reference I’m a 34DD and got a medium.

It's definitely made with a good sports bra mentality. It's durable.Im 5"4' athletic bulkier build 150# & I ordered medium.It's very comfortable no uncomfortable seams and it doesn't ride up your armpits and the elastic is not unflatteringly tight.I honestly love it.Protip- if you air dry your sports bras ( and leggings) they'll last way longer ♥︎

Normally i wear 36 for top i ordered m ams it is again small

These are wonderful, they wash well, wear well and look great! Would highly recommend!
