Picaridin is the only thing that works as well as DEET and it doesn't damage your plastic gear. The pump spray works fine and there is barely a noticeable smell. Almost like a light moisturizing spray on the skin - not very noticeable. Great product

I’m a hiker and in the woods all the time. I have used deet based products and found it has messed up the plastic zippers on my back pack along with sunglass lenses. This product works great, smells good, and does not mess up any plastic

This worked great out in the bush while in Africa. The down side is that the bottle leaks and it’s an oily formula. Otherwise, it protect us from the mosquitos

I was skeptical but thought I would try it any way. It really works!! It doesn't leave an oily residue (i.e. Deet Products) and has very little fragrance. It won't keep larger insects like bees or wasps away but it definitely works on mosquitoes and gnats. I use it when I am walking in the woods (in PA) and so far (fingers crossed) I have not found any ticks on me either. A bottle goes a long way so a 3 pack will last quite a while.

Best in class mosquito repellent, went to Oahu and came back with no bites, also verified in San Juan Puerto Rico. Lasts at least 8 hours. People next to me were getting bit but I had nothing. Without any spray I usually get the most bites out of everyone in a group.

We were on a weeklong expedition in the Peruvian Amazon where we knew the mosquitos would be active at dawn and dusk (their "happy hour" for attacking!). This repellent worked very well without the smell or discomfort of DEET. And the pleasant scent didn't offend the other guests. I used it on any exposed area: neck and ears, back of hands, etc. and it worked very well. We also used it on our grandson who received only a few bites through his sun-shirt (my bad for not applying it to the outside of his clothing.) I recommend this product to anyone wishing to avoid insect bites.

This product works and is safe for kids! Me and my toddler are mosquito magnets and we have not been bitten by mosquitoes while using this spray! It is light on the skin ( not greasy or sticky) and has a pleasant natural scent. We are sensitive to fragrances and this has not irritated our skin.I’ve used other natural sprays and they did not work.Buy this one!
