Does anyone use these while working out? Do they stay on your head during rigorous activity like running and jumping?

I use them everyday during exercise. I run and do crunches and they stay on fine. Of course if you put your head completely upside down they will slip.

Not wirelessly. However, you can use the included cable to connect to audio jack and listen at your HiFi audio

Do I need to install software? Buying for work and they don't let install 3rd party applications on my computer

You don’t need to install any software in your computer to be able to use the headphones, you just pair them with your computer’s bluetooth and that’s it. If you ever run out of charge you can also use the headphones with a cable, although you won’t be able to use the noise cancelling features. I’d suggest you buy a longer cable since the one that comes with the cable is ridiculously short. Note that one end of the cable must be a 2.5mm plug and the other side a 3.5mm plug. Also, there’s an app you can use with your phone. I recommend you download it since you’ll get the most out of your headphones with it. And since the headphones can be paired with two devices at a time you can have your headphones paired to both your phone and your work’s computer and control the headphones via the app without any problem.
