I don't even remember what prompted me to buy these, but after a few days of taking it, the excess tarter started falling off my teeth. I take many supplements. To remind myself what a certain one does, I write the benefits on the label with a Sharpie. By doing this, I don't forget why I'm taking it. This brand of Sea Kelp was my first pick. I have not taken any other brands. I haven't had any negative affects from it. I think I am getting good results from continually taking the sea kelp. There is no flavor, no burping afterwards. There are other kinds that are more potent. Everyone is different. You have to do your own homework to see what is right for you.

I just started taking this product because of thyroid issues. It is easy to swallow, no flavor, hope to help boost my metabolism.

Do not buy this sea kelp supplement.The pictures shown on the website says 200 capsules,but the product I received had just 100 capsules.100 tablets for $31 is too expensive.There are a lot of better alternative brands,go for those.
