This strip has ground on the outlets but not on the cord, creating a floating ground for equipment plugged into it. It might be my mistake but I did not see a warning letting customers know this. This will cause equipment requiring a ground to break .

An excellent find. Old outlets with 2 holes are a constant battle with how many tech items we plug in that require a 3 holed outlet. This is a great solution. Only negitive is the over pricing.

Truly the perfect fork holder, its often hard to find one that fits just so but this one really does. It even has these smaller ports for holding of the spoons. My only concern is the cord hanging off, I cant for the life of me figure out its purpose.

I had my TV plugged into one of these surge protectors and a speaker phone plugged into a different one. Both plugged into a couple of two wire receptacles on the same circuit that are in an older part of the house. A bad storm came along and when the storm left neither the TV or the speaker phone worked. Likely got zapped by a voltage surge in the line from fairly close lightning. Also the power cord is 18 gauge and the plug is not polarized. In my opinion, the cord should have 16 gauge wire and have a polarized plug in. Just an extra added safety thing.Desperado

I recently moved into an older place that only has 2-prong outlets throughout the house. Finding these was a Godsend.

Live in an old house with ungrounded outlets throughout. Loving this; more than 5 stars. Will be buying more for other rooms.

My new apartment is great, except we found out that our landlord wouldn't be able to convert our 2 prong outlets to 3 prong like they told us they would on the walk in (not their fault). We thought we were stuck with a lot of 2 prong outlets with 3 prong stuff, and then we found this. Works great, and the USB ports are helpful too.

We have an older house that does not have grounded plugs, but we need to plug computers in securely. Instead of using a small adapter for just the plug, I purchased two of these. The plugs into the wall are not polarized, so for even older houses, these should work just fine.
