i recently learned that the B12 supplement I was taking only contains 2.2 mcg which is way below the recommended levels for effectiveness. Its frustrating to think that i have been wasting my money on a product that isn't giving me the necessary dosage. I feel much better now after switching to a supplement with 1500mcg of B12. Don't make the same mistake I did- check the dosage before you buy!

Spirulina often contains "pseudovitamin B12" (cobamides), which are structurally similar to B12 but inactive in humans. ​The Risk: Not only does pseudo-B12 not help you, but it can actually block the absorption of real B12 by competing for the same receptors in your body. ​The Verdict: Relying on spirulina-based B12 is generally considered unreliable by most plant-based nutritionists. Now I have to just throw this supplement 😩 Shame on that brand ambassador doctor endorsing these supplements!! Guys I was needing immediate B12 and ordered it, my mistake to order it without researching.
