Plum Deckhouse Wooden Playhouse Teal

I built this on my own in under 2 hours. I'd noticed previous reviews stating it wasn't waterproof so I ordered a roll of roof felt to put on it (see second photo). Absolutely no leaks with the felt which is also from amazon! The door doesn't always stay shut so I fitted a magnetic catch inside which does the job really well, even added some left over carpet! It looks lovely in the garden and I was pleased with the colour. The woods not thick but for the price I'm happy with it

Already fallen apart after a few months!

Although this is designed as an outdoor play house, the product is not waterproof. Plum Play do not make this clear in any of their descriptions. Having complained about the amount of water pouring through the roof during rain showers I was simply told “it is only shower resistant”. I wouldn’t even say it’s shower resistant. Anything stored in the play house gets soaking wet and after less than a year the wood is starting to rot. A really shoddy product, spend your money elsewhere.

Reasonable priceTook a few hours to put together. Not too hard.Looks good when finished. Kids like it.Only issue is the plexiglass window was broken. Had to remove it. Looking for a way to replace it now.

Cute and easy to put together. The wood is very soft, so I’m not sure it will last more than a few years but worth every penny.
