Works well, easy to use
I groom my dogs myself, and the feet is always the hardest part. I saw an advertisement for this, or something similar on Facebook ? and thought, hmm 🤔 that might make the feet part WAY easier. So, I purchased off Amazon for the fast shipping, free returns etc. It arrived quickly, un-damaged and I let it sit for a bit. It’s not really grooming time yet anyways. So this week I got the flu and during a brief period of wellness that allowed me sit on the couch instead of in bed, I decided to test it out. I was exhausted so I did the rear feet one day and front feet the next which my dog was fine with. She HATES getting her feet groomed. It went really well. The tool works as described as you can see in the photos. It was a lot easier than my large clipper, safer and beats resorting to scissors which I usually do. Best part is my dog tolerated it quite well. She wasn’t thrilled, but there was minimal pulling away. It helped I think that the lowest speed was more than enough to do the job. It is quieter and perhaps has less vibration which I assume is what my dog is afraid of.All in all, I am quite satisfied with the purchase and would definitely recommend. I can’t speak to longevity as it is a fresh purchase. I would guess it holds up well with time and I can always update if it breaks. Mine came pre-charged which was nice. I see many future grooming sessions with happy dogs and hopefully no foot related trembling from the pups.

Great customer service!
Originally I gave this item a very low rating as the one I received stopped working after just a few times. Customer service responded within a day or two to my complaint and offered a refund or replacement. I opted for replacement as I really needed a small clipper for my dog's face and feet. The replacement arrived fairly quickly and seems to work perfectly. It is small and easy to handle, and it is very quiet...doesn't make my dog anxious. Wish it were rechargeable. How durable and long lasting the item is remains to be seen, but I must give credit where it is due, and that is their customer service! Thanks you for resolving this problem for me!

Not effective as claimed
Very disappointed! I really hoped the clippers would work like it’s advertisement. I tried to trim the hair around the pads of my puppy’s paw like it showed on the video and it’s basically useless. I had to go over and over the same little patch of hair, about 10 passes, I finally had to hold the fur up and taught for the clippers to work effectively. I took off the guard thinking that might be the hindrance, that helped a little. Needless to say, my pup’s paws didn’t get trimmed. Also, the clippers cutting plate is metal but the moving teeth are plastic! Maybe this is the reason these clippers won’t clip like they claim. The noise level and size were great, but I have to only give 1 star due to the inefficiency of the product.

Kinda OK
I like the small size and that they are rechargeable. I wish they cut hair better.I have a small poodle that needs grooming and in particular something I can use to get between the pads and toes of his feed. I wanted something small, maneuverable, and quiet as he does not like to be groomed. Probably because I have nicked the web skin between his toes using a regular clipper, or squeezed his foot trying to get the clipper between the pads. His hair is very fine and can be quite thick, so this little groomer has trouble getting through. The fixed blade is metal, probably stainless steel, while the moving blade is some white substance, possibly plastic, more likely ceramic. It does cut the hair, but not much at a time and not very aggressively. When you push the blades against a tuft of hair, the tuft is flexible and tends to just get pushed over rather that cut. When I used it on his feet it took a long time and a lot of maneuvering to get a little bit of hair. In particular the thick mat of hair on the bottom of his foot laughed at the little groomer, so I switched back to the regular clipper and dug out the mats of hair (and nicked the web skin, sigh). Once only the dregs of hair were left, the little groomer was able to make progress in cleaning up the last stray patches as long as I could put my finger behind them to keep them from being pushed over.Bottom line: It works, kinda. It may be useful in the final cleanup on a show dog, but for everyday grooming it is inadequate.

Good for small trimming
This is a good trimmer for trimming small or sensitive areas. it is quiet and my dogs don't mind it for trimming ear hair and around the eyes. Wish the blades were a little longer as it takes a little patients to trim. Doesn't always cut the first pass if you are not going along the skin. If you trim using the skin as a contour, it is pretty good about first pass cuts.

Great little tool
I got these to keep my ShiPoo's face and paws cleaned up in between grooming appointments. They're very easy to use and charging is a breeze. When I opened the package and saw the blade, I was worried that it was going to be too small to get the job done, but I was wrong. They're actually a great size for maneuvering in those hard to reach areas, especially on the paws and around the toenails. It has 2 speeds, which is great when trimming different areas. They're also nice and quiet, which is great, so my dog doesn't freak out.

JUNK
This thing is COMPLETELY USELESS. Chucking it in the trash today. It barely works. I have no idea how it got so many decent reviews. Unfortunately, I bought it along with many other grooming supplies and by the time I got around to using this item, the return window had closed.

Deserving of 10 Stars!!!
I love this product! I have a Havanese who has significant tear stains. We have tried everything and I’m not putting him through surgery so I just groom his eye area regularly. Previously, I was using a little manicure scissors but those are dangerous and he hates them - with the slightest movement he could get poked so I have to hold him down! This little shaver is safe, quiet, doesn’t hurt him at all, and does a wonderful job! He just stays still while I groom him. Look at the before and after! I’m sold!
