Perfect collection of holiday episodes (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day)
Do you like to revisit favorite old TV shows at the holidays? Me, too. This was just what I was looking for; and unlike other holiday collections, this set is unique in that it features Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Valentine's Day episodes. Some of the episodes are better than others, but I think the episodes below rated 4 and above are well worth watching any time, and the others are worth watching when all the stores are closed. For those who've already seen these episodes once, and just want more detailed episode descriptions to jog your memory, here they are, with SPOILERS.Season 1: Thanksgiving, 4.5 starsEric's sister Laurie brings her friend Kate home for Thanksgiving and Kate stirs up trouble when she comes on to Eric and kisses him. The family sits down to Thanksgiving dinner and realizes that no one remembered to pick up Grandma.Season 1: The Best Christmas Ever, 5 starsEric gets permission to have a Christmas party in the basement. Red gives Eric money to buy the family Christmas tree, but the guys chop down a tree on the interstate and keep the money for beer. And Hyde wants to buy a special Christmas gift for Donna.Season 1: The First Date, 4.5 starsEric takes Donna to dinner at the Vineyard for their first date and plans to ask her to be his girlfriend. Hyde, who's not going down without a fight, shows up at the restaurant to plead his case with Donna.Season 2: Halloween, 4 starsShocking secrets are revealed when the kids find their permanent records during a Halloween visit to their old elementary school. Red and Kitty remember Halloween, 1957, the night Kitty finds out she's pregnant.Season 3: Too Old to Trick or Treat, Too Young to Die, 4 starsA Halloween episode filled with parodies of Alfred Hitchcock movies: "Rear Window", "Vertigo", "The Birds", "North By Northwest" and "Psycho". Point Place goes paranormal when Eric falls for Donna's new look, Laurie goes psycho on Kelso, and Fez tries to figure out why Midge has disappeared.Season 3: Hyde's Christmas Rager, 3.5 starsLiving with Bud has some definite benefits; Hyde finds this out when he's having his first Christmas party at Bud's place, and Bud leaves the guys alone with a keg of beer. Eric suffers the consequences of being bad at quarters, and has to be carried home, where Red and Kitty decide that Bud needs a talking to about proper parenting practices. Meanwhile, Jackie is desperate for a boyfriend, and drags Donna out to a bar where they meet some interesting firemen.Season 4: An Eric Forman Christmas, 5 starsEric thinks that Christmas just isn't as fun as it used to be when he was a kid, so Kitty suggests that he direct the church Christmas pageant. He has some artistic differences with the gang over how things should go. Kelso is upset that everyone is making fun of him for wanting to watch Christmas specials on television; and Red is upset over Bob's Christmas decorations.Season 5: Thank You, 4 starsEric hides the fact that he's failing math from Red because he wants to prove that he's starting to get serious about his future. Red is so impressed by his son's apparent maturity that he bumps Laurie from the adults' table at Thanksgiving and gives her seat to Eric. This makes Eric think that the time may finally be right to announce to his engagement to Donna. However, the woman that Kelso brings as his date to the Formans' dinner complicates this decision.Season 6: Christmas, 3.5 stars (quirky, but has its moments)It's Christmas Eve, and Donna pulls night shift deejaying at the station. Red dispenses his own brand of Christmas cheer playing Santa at the mall. And Jackie drags Hyde and the other guys to the school Christmas dance as she attempts to recapture her place on the cheerleading squad.Season 7: Winter, 3.5 stars (quirky, but has its moments)Kelso gives the toys from the Toy Drive to the gang, leaving Kitty with no toys for the kids at the Ladies of Point Place Christmas Party. Jackie is upset that Hyde won't go to the party with her, making her think that he's not as mature as she thought he was. The guys have to come up with a way to get the toys to the party without the kids seeing them being brought in, and Red distracts everyone with an unusual Christmas story.

Quality, but disc arrived loose in the box, minimal scratches
Quality series and episodes- i got this as an Xmas present for someone and overall I'm happy but when the disc arrived it was loose in the case and had been shaken around from shipping so I had to open it before I could wrap it. Fortunately the scratching was minimal and the disc still played perfectly.

Great value - 10 seasonal episodes including 5 Christmas ones!
I collect all things Christmas so I bought this as soon as it was released. I was only vaguely familiar with the programme - all I knew was that it was usually on around midnight on ITV and Demi Moore's husband was in it!The programme is a retro look at a group of teenagers growing up in Wisconsin in 1976 which first aired in 1998. Naturally there are lots of references to popular culture of the 70s but even if you weren't born then, the programme is still very funny.I was surprised at just how much I enjoyed this. It's good-natured and fun. Of the ten episodes, 5 are about Christmas and the other 5 are about Halloween, Thanksgiving and Valentine's day. I literally watched one after the other! Although the episodes are from Seasons 1 - 7, there's no need to have seen the entire seasons. I really loved the opening credits!I recommend this both for the price and the content :-)
