Craftsman is always a great product

How nice is this screwdriver set? Good enough I'm willing to buy new ones even though people keep stealing them. People who don't use screwdrivers a lot probably aren't aware of what makes a Craftsman one so good in comparison to the competition, so I'll just be blunt: they're far more durable then any screwdriver has right to be. These will survive every drop, every slip, every time you try to use them to free a rusted in screw without some sort of penetrating oil because you forgot that step. They'll give you more torque then a lot of the competitor's just due to design, and hold up far better to strain, both to materials used, (a high end tool grade steel, with a satin polished nickel coating mostly for aesthetics and a sealant against possible rust) and the shape of the actual driver actually gives the metal itself considerably structural strength it'd otherwise not have while the acetate handle is quite literally capable of taking a beating that'd destroy most of the competition. They're made to painstakingly exacting standards, unlike both a lot of cheaper, and more expensive screwdriver sets, so you won't have to worry about guessing what size screwdriver will actually turn something. Even the scratch awl and picks which come with it will stand up to tasks those tools straight up were never designed to do. That's the secret behind the "lifetime warranty". Craftsman *knows* the vast majority of people who use them will never manage to damage them to the point they'd need to be replaced to begin with. The only fault I can really give this screwdriver set is it doesn't have literally every size of screwdriver ever made in it, instead trying to have a good, varied selection of the most common sizes. But that's to be expected; noone else's does either. And there's a fair chance Craftsman actually makes a screwdriver in every single size, unlike most of the competition.

Excellent craftsman quality as usual

If you know anything about craftsman and I do I've got a toolbox full of thousands of dollars of craftsman dating back from 40 years ago and it's still my choice of all the other stuff out there because first of all they are high-quality made and I can count on both hands how many craftsman tools I've had that I've had to return and if I ever do they are lifetime guaranteed and never give you a problem when you go to return them

Absolutely loved these. We had an electical fire. The soot just ate through and old unmatched batch of leftovers from random sets. This set organized my screwdrivers and made my OCD calm down. Solid tips in each size, easy grip and multiple lengths covered the bases.

Craftsman for the win! I have a lot of their tools! Yeah, you can find better, buy spending top dollar for top shelf pro tools. But that's only really needed in a pro shop where they get used hard every day. For the home user, these are great. I'm sure they are made in China, just like 99% of everything that we purchase. Take that for what it is...they work decent enough if you treat them right. Comfortable grip, even with greasy hands. This set provides a great selection of very useable tools at a very reasonable price point.

Not made like they used to... no longer made in the USA. Still, they are decent and will do the job but I wouldn't be surprised if they don't hold up to heavy usage and abuse. It's nice to have the old style Craftsman handles that distinguish between Flathead and Philips. Overall, I bought sets for my boys but I'm keeping my Made in the USA set for myself.

I use Craftsman screwdrivers for a long time. Never had any problem with them. This set is really nice and not expensive. They are some special hooks, very useful but not existing in other sets. 5 stars!
