These vitamins taste very nice compared to most I have used not sure if they really make a difference but I haven't really noticed any differences with any I have used.

Good for its purpose

Great for people who struggle to take tablet vitamins. Easy to swallow. Chew twice and you can swallow the gummy. The flavour is not artificial, tastes like strawberries.
