I ordered the awesome G1 kit and it showed up with one battery non functional. I immediately called customer support and two new batteries showed up 2 days later. I love the versatility and accessories it came with. The quality of all the components are superb and I love the lantern option. If you are looking for a flashlight kit for your emergency package this is it. It can recharge your phone as well as provide light in many different options. Great customer service and product quality.

I have a vision defect and use flashlights a lot. This will likely be the last for a while. This thing is cool and solid. It ihas a bright adjustable beam with 5 modes. You can add a second battery to double the power. The accessory kit is cool. The carry case is cool. It can be charge via usb or remove battery and charge in the supplied charger. Recharble batteries? Come s with 2. I’ve bought more batteries since this purchase but the included ones are still fine. I don’t think you’ll be regretting buying this flashlight, I’m very happy.

It's a beautiful and bright flashlight. I had 1 small issue with the flashlight though I give it 5 stars because of their customer service.I run around my neighborhood at night time so I have a couple of flashlights with me.I got this flashlight and was very happy with it. It's very bright and it looks so cool. However after 1 month, the tailcap switch broke. I left it aside for about 6 months then called their customer service. I was doubtful but to my surprise, they sent a new tailcap in a couple of days. I like the flashlight a lot. Cheers.

I have purchased 2 flashlights from this business only to have them break, not function in a few weeks. I have contacted the company for warranty replacement and never getting my defective light replaced. Terrible products and warrant support. Beware!

This is an awesome flashlight! I have bought several flashlights over the years all the back to when maglights came out. This one is hands down the brightest, clearest, and most versatile flashlight I've ever purchased.

The media could not be loaded. After minimal use the flashlight started having issues. The light would either be very dim or rapidly flicker on any setting or not work at all. It didn't matter if I was using one battery or two or wether they were fully charged or not. I reported this to Danforce and they asked me to clean the batteries and try again. They also asked that I take a video of me cleaning the fully charged batteries and trying to operate the flashlight. However the customer service representantive left no contact information for me to reply to and send the video to. I reached out to them again, this time via a different source. The same representative was rude and blamed Amazon for not giving me Danforce's contact information. He again asked that I send a video. I explained I had tried to load a video into an email but no matter what I did the file was too large to email. I asked for them to explain how they wanted me to send the video and never heard back again. They literally just stopped talking to me while I was attempting to do what they had asked. The flashlight is an overpriced fancy looking piece of trash and the customer service is an absolute joke. But hey, they put an American flag on their product so they must be great...the full video of the process of showing the batteries are fully charged and then cleaning and trying each one individually was still too large to post here as well. DanForce, I have done what you asked. Please tell me how to send the video I recorded of the entire process.Update:After leaving this review DanForce reached out again via a different representative. Without further questioning they sent a replacement flashlight including the kit. So far it is working, however so did the first one for a little while. I did appreciate them offering to do something rather than ask me to jump through more hoops, so I have changed this to a two star review.2nd Update:The replacement flashlight was a slightly different product. It appeared to be the actual "Pro" product that I had originally purchased on sale, however apparently the first flashlight I received was a lesser grade model being sold as the "Pro" on "sale." In either case the second flashlight ended up failing as well after minimal use however did last a little longer than the first one. I was simply using this as a flashlight, I wasn't strapping it to a mountain bike or the side of a gun. I can't imagine how it would ever hold up with heavier use. Anyway I will never buy another DanForce product. Back to a One Star Review.

I’ve had this flashlight for about a week, and really haven’t used it yet. I purchased it for its durability, its quick recharging capability, it can be focused in/out, and is multi functional. We’ve had rolling blackouts in our area, so this was for those times, but of course there haven’t been any outages lately.

I decided to purchase this flashlight for my husband for Fathers day. When He opened it his entire face lit up! He tested the items in our presence and it was as if he was a little boy in a toy store. I am so glad I came across this for a man who has absolutely everything he sure didnt have all these gadgets in one! Lol. We will be camping in a few weeks and will come back to do the official review.
