FOX ENDURO PRO KNEE GUARD 2019 CLOSEOUT GRAY-VIN-447 M

I have to say, these exceeded my expectations as far as comfortability goes. They run small, so order a size up. I normally wear a large in pretty much everything, but had to return for an XL. There definitely was a break in period, but they broke in well. I wash them inside out and hang dry to prevent unnecessary wear

I like that a lot. I bought these to replace some g-forms that didn't hold up well to regular use. The stitching and build of the Fox pads are great. The fabric appears to be durable and is breathable.The first time I used these was during the Pisgah Enduro last week involving 30 miles of pedalling. I rode with them on my knees (not slid down on my calves) the whole time. The temperature was in the mid 80s and heat was never an issue. It wasn't until the end of the ride that I started feeling a little rub on my inner thigh, but I would expect that with anything.I didn't crash but had no issues with the pads staying put. There was no slipping or rotation. They stayed put!Update: I had my first hard crash, well a couple of them, at Beech Mountain, NC and my knees made it through without a scratch. The inserts are easily removeable and the sleeve was washed. There were no tears or other damage.

The knee pad itself is ok but, they do not stay up well, and the material that holds the pad is pretty thin.

I crashed during my very first ride while wearing these knee pads. They saved my knees! Compare to other Fox knee pads with hard shells, these knee pads are so much more comfortable. I don't even feel them when I ride. Highly recommended! I am normally size L, but I had to return my L and get an XL because L was way too tight.

Most things I wear are M sized. Definitely needed the Large for these.Well made, looks like a better alternative to gform because of no stitching on the pads themselves is needed.Comfortable but eventually the rubber that holds it up on your thigh starts rubbing.Works under jeans

Learned to ride late in life. You WILL go down. Nobody sees this under your riding clothes. Great protection from the road. It’s hard.

I live up in the Appalachian mountains and we ride through a lot of rocks. These work great for slams in rock gardens. So great, I just bought a pair of the elbow guards. I got tired of the big purple knots on my arms!

These are very tight even using the Fox sizing chart. The material feels cheap and thin, and tends to bunch uncomfortably behind the knee. I am not sure why so much material was used above the knee as all it seems to accomplish is pulling on leg hair as you try to pull the pad up. I have had good luck with Fox products in the past so it's too bad these don't represent the quality I had expected.
