Excellent product. Highly recommend for therapeutic type massaging of tight muscles. Good for entire back - move the massager to the portion of your back that needs work and lean back into it. It has different speeds and goes in different directions to allow for lighter or deeper pressure. It is an essential piece of equipment for anyone who needs regular massage for good back health.

Works well but can be a bit too hard a massage, actually got a bruise from it

Ordered the massage cushion after having tried it while on vacation in Scotland. It arrived as ordered and I've used it a couple times. I can see it will take time to figure out the positions for my lower, mid, upper back as well as shoulders and neck but I am sure it will be a benefit. As I use it my masseur and physio gals will tell me if its working well for my condition. It did feel good to have those areas worked on especially with the heat. My daughter also purchased one and will be asking her how its working for her back etc.

It worked in the car, but the DC outlet didn't work at all. Unfortunately, it was purchased for in-house use. Guess I'll have to return. Bummer.

No stars...The massage pillow works well. Unfortunately the adapter stopped working after a year. I contacted the manufacturer, Cassada on numerous occasions and No responses.

This massage cushion is amazing and really works!. We saw this at Costco a few years back and have wanted one ever since. I was so happy to find it sold on amazon. It is much better than any other massager we have bought.

This massager actually exceeded my expectations. I have owned several OSIM products and It is far superior to any of them. I highly recommend this massager. Dave S

it's exactly as ordered, a replacement for a broken version, and it is everything we wanted. The model is identical to the old one, and it works like a dream.

I had an older one for many years, which I loved, but I wore it out. With the new one, the vibration mode starts up automatically, which I don't want and have to then shut it off every time. Not a big deal. I don't like that it stops after 15 min. I used my old one longer with no problems. Also, I think the old one had a bigger rotation range. This one is a bit smaller and lighter. I have not used the heating mode. I was very happy to be able to get the new one as I use it every day and it is really beneficial for my back problem.

This has exceeded expectations - I use it after a hard day in the garden and it really soothes my back.

The plastic gears stripped after moderate use, rendering it useless.

It's a great product I have owes one for 8 years, that is why I bought this one for my sister.
