This is great for oily skin needing light moisture
This is a true serum, so probably shouldn't be used alone, but paired with a moisturizing cream after it absorbs. I really like this bc I have a very oily t-zone, but still consider myself to have combination skin. I don't like moisturizer that is GREASY (at all!) bc I don't want to ADD TO the oils on my skin. I obviously NEED moisturizer though, especially in the wintertime and considering I'm in my mid 40s. I find that this product has an unbelievably light, water-like consistency. It is a moisture packed formulation however! You need to be careful applying it bc it's so thin. I shake some (it has a special top for this) onto my clean palms and then lightly pat it over my face. I wouldn't likely recommend it to someone with DRY skin or skin that needs some special tlc due to seasonal dryness bc it may not be moisturizing enough. I like to use it all over my face, after spot treatment of other brands around my eyes and wrinkle prone areas. It is easily absorbed and leaves my face with a matte finish before makeup as well. I love it.

My FAVORITE
It's amazing. Alone, over or under makeup, summer, winter..literally makes my face feel and look so loved. I can't be without it!

Doesn’t seem to do much, just feels refreshing.
It’s just water, you can’t feel that it’s doing anything much less noticeable.

so my face will be horribly red sometimes
I am already a fan of First Aid Beauty. I use their vitamin mist and ultra repair cream. I have rosacea, so my face will be horribly red sometimes, with or without pustules. I saw this, read the good reviews and for the price thought, why not? I have to say, I've had it less than a week and I can already see results. I've battled rosacea for 20 years, and I have yet to find a product that does what it claims to do...until now. I got it in the afternoon, used it at night after cleansing. The next morning I was definitely less red. It has been a steady improvement since. As those of us with this condition know, our skin changes with the seasons, so I have no idea how this will do once winter hits (well, Texas winter, anyway). But for now, I love it and I can see visible results. I'm editing this to add that from what I have heard, they are discontinuing this serum. On First Aid Beauty's own website, it is for sale for 19.00. Stock up now.

Great for anyone on tretinoin!
I have extremely dry, fair, acne prone skin and am on tretinoin, a powerful retinoid. This has helped so much with peeling, flaking, redness, and irritation, and has not broken me out at all. A wonderful product.

My skin loves this stuff
I love this stuff... my face loves it. My skin just soaks it all up without making it feel sticky or gross. Looks and seems like water but it definitely isn’t :)

This.is.just.water
I literally don’t believe there’s anything else in here other than water. Consistency, smell and color are of water. Did nothing to my face and when it dried out my face was well, dry again. Hard to apply as it runs down your face like hum… water. Very dissatisfied

Non irritating, even for the most inflamed skin. ...
Non irritating, even for the most inflamed skin. I use it on eczema that is too sensitive for moisturizer, wait half an hour then apply fab ultra repair cream, and almost never get a negative reaction this way.

Ultra Repair Liquid Recovery Serum.
Ultra Repair® Liquid Recovery is for drier skins, including sensitive and those prone to rosacea. It is a soothing, hydrating, fragrance-free water like serum that you can apply alone or under your moisturisers. It contains a good blend of proven skin-saving ingredients, including emollients, skin repairing sodium hyaluronate, red algae, honey proteins, and anti-irritant oat extract, licorice, and feverfew with free radical fighting antioxidants. You pop a few drops into the palm of your hands and apply to the face and neck after cleansing. Very good if your skin is under stress and sending out an SOS.Ingredients:Water, Glycerin, Dipropylene Glycol, Ahnfeltia Concinna Extract, Avena Sativa (Oat) Kernel Extract, Sodium Hyaluronate, Propolis Extract, Chrysanthemum Parthenium (Feverfew) Extract, Glycyrrhiza Uralensis (Licorice) Root Extract, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract, Butylene Glycol, Caprylyl Glycol, Sodium Citrate, Disodium EDTA, Phenoxyethanol, Sodium Bisulfite.

Strange but effective product
I love First Aid Beauty's products, and had been eyeing this one for a while. My skin is prone to irritation, breakouts and dry patches, so when I found this online for a bit cheaper than other retailers, I pounced. While I was waiting for it to arrive I read some other reviews online so I would know what to expect, and most complaints were about the very watery consistency of the product. This was definitely an issue for me at first too, especially given that the product recommends you use a teaspoon of it twice a day and the bottle is not very big. It's not hard to control the amount of product you get out of the bottle, as you just turn it upside down and shake it a bit into the palm of your hand to dispense the desired amount, but applying it does take some getting used to as the products tends to slip through your hands. I've found that the most effective way to use it is dispense the product into the palm of my hand, then dip my my fingers into it and pat it onto my face. Then, when I don't have much product left in my palm, I rub my palms together and pat the rest of it into my face and neck. The product does have a bit of a strange smell and a somewhat sticky texture after absorbing into your face, but that's probably partially due to the glycerin in it, which holds moisture, and I think it also has honey in it. Overall I've found that it does help my skin hold moisture a lot better when I use it in the evening and has definitely helped eliminate any dry/red spots I may have, it's just not the easiest product to use. Next time I will probably try their hydrating serum instead!

Good for sensitive skin
This is a really nice alternative to a serum under your moisturiser. It is a water consistency so you need to shake some out in to the palm of your hands and then press it in to your skin. I have purchased this several times, good for sensitive skin
