I love this bag!! Fits my phone, wallet, and so much more. It's small but not that small it's the perfect size. It worth the money

It's super adorable and came very nicely packaged. However, there were some defects on it. The sides had this scrunched up leather looking part that wouldn't go away, the ears were quite floppy and one had an extra lump at the tip, and the material inside the bag feels really cheap and sounds like those reusable plastic bags that you can buy at grocery shops. Those are the issues I can't fix. There was an issue with the zipper on the inside of the bag, the chains look like they might break because of the gap between the two ends, there are a couple loose threads here and there, and there was this sticky substance on the bag as well as lost of dust. All those issues could be easily fixed though. That's all the things I have to say about the bag, now about shipping. Shipping was really quick, which in this case I didn't like. There were two options, one for two day free shipping and one that would arrive within a week or so. I wasn't going to be at my house if I had picked the two day free shipping, so I paid to have it shipped on a day I'd be at my house and no one could steal the package. They instead shipped it like I had picked the two day free shipping option, so not only could it have been stolen but the date it said it would arrive was wrong and I had wasted about $6 for shipping, thinking it would've come on the perfect day, when I could've gotten it for free if the options had the same dates. Overall though, I do enjoy the look of the purse. I'm about 5'3" with an average body type and it goes down all the way to my hip if I wear it across my body. It holds a lot and doesn't look too fat. I don't know if I'd buy it again just because of the issues that I couldn't fix, but only time will tell. I'll be talking with customer support to see if they can help with the unfixable issues. Will update with how that goes.Update 3/5/19: I got in touch with customer service after writing this and they were super nice! I got a replacement being sent right now. Will update on how that is. Shipping is taking slower than last time though.Update 3/9/19: I got the replacement and I'm still disappointed in this company. The sides are still creased like in the picture, although less than before, and there was some kind of sticky substance that went across one of the ears. It was absolutely disgusting and it took so long to get all of it off. It's still sticky now after taking about two hours to try and clean it off. All the issues I had before, and plus some, are still present with this new replacement bag.

I LOVE this bag. Its a pretty quality bag for the price. The clasps are a little cheap but its a very minor flaw. The design is flawless. There is a decent amount of room on the inside to accomodate everyday useage.

The product came in as the expected date. It was in an absolute great condition for only such price and I am loving it so far. It took me about a week to write this review because i want to test the handbag's durability and so far the inside fabric ripped off but I can easily fix that. There are some minor scratch ( I am not sure if it's a scratch) and the moon color is a little faded but it's nothing serious tho. It is quite surprising on how much stuff I can put in the handbag like my basic necessities: wallet, phone, powerbank, keys and lipstick. I do recommend this because it's not only spacious but it's also very very cute!. Highly recommend to sailormoon fans!

I get so many compliments on this bag!!!! Hear for teens but... I'm in my late twenties, and women in my age range approach me by asking, "Is that a sailor Moon bag?" It makes my day! (This is what we grew up with!) Very sturdy, super cute, and adds a pop of fantasy to my business-casual look. It's small, but it can hold my phone in it's bulky case, lip gloss, my wallet case, and chunky set of keys. For the price, I highly recommend it.

I just received it, and I think it's an awesome purchase!Pros: The outside of the bag is just as it is in the pictures and does not look cheap at all, it actually looks like a very good quality bag. The chain/leather strap is not flimsy or cheap and I have no fear of it snapping or breaking. Very cute, does not look childlike, and the size is on the small side, slightly smaller than it appears in pictures (though that is not necessarily a bad thing!)Cons: The interior of the bag does actually look quite cheap, the lining is made of very, thin gray material, though if well taken care of, it shouldn't be an issue. No holes or poor stitching was seen on mine. My biggest con is that the ears on the bag are very thin and flimsy, so they tend to bend downwards. I may attempt a DIY to try and prop them up somehow.Overall, this bag is great and I'm extremely happy with it! 9/10 would recommend :)

So all in all this is a good purse. I bought another one since I had something spill and ruin my other one. Ugh. I like this purse, it has great space, super cute for being a knockoff, and it always gets compliments! The reason I am giving this purse only three stars is because of the workmen ship shown on the inside. It seems as if every order has issue with the inside not being down properly. Last time it was only the outer rim for me and everything was fine. This time it was better on the outer rim as you can see. No loose strings! But the zipper pocket. Well the zipper came broken to begin with so I didn't really have a chance to use it. Thankfully it still operates well as a pocket. Just would be nice if it could be zipped. And there is poorly done threading holding some of the pocket in place as shown. Like I said all in all a cute purse for an ok price for what you get. Expect that it may look poorly done. But I can put up with it.
