The spigot mechanism was placed on backwards, and I did not notice that until I filled it with water and it leaked! But then I figured it out --- seems like it should come in the correct position to make it sealed. Other than that, I love this product and am so happy to have a dispenser for my water!

I live near El Dorado Springs in northern Colorado.Even though Denver has decent water, I decided to indulge and order at-home water service from El Dorado. My water orders are delivered and I serve fresh water from this beautiful marble dispenser.The dispenser is perfect for setting on a cabinet. It is small enough that it does not take up much counter room at all.Even though I considered other water dispensers, I'm glad I went with my instinct & bought this marble dispenser. It is very pleasing to the eye and complements the aesthetic I have in my kitchen.

I loved the finish on the crock. Very attractive! I did think the spout was rather cheap and many other reviewers had pointed out so I went ahead and order the all stainless one. It hasn't arrived but I think it isn't due for a week or so more.

We loved the design of this which is why we chose it! The one thing I wish was different was the plastic spigot — I wish it was stainless steel. The plastic broke after a few months so we needed to replace with the stainless steel spigot recently. We also realized the steel spigot was so much more efficient. Otherwise, great product that I would recommend.

This piece is so pretty! It’s exactly what I was looking for right down to the gorgeous color and design!! The spicket hasn’t leaked once, so far, and I have a 5 gallon bottle of water on top of it! So happy with my purchase!!!

I ordered the Marble Design Crock in Gold and received the white one with blue stripes. I decided to set it up anyway, since I could live with the color, but it leaked out of the spout right away. I adjusted that and set it above the kitchen sink until I was certain the spout wouldn't leak anymore. I then set it up with my 3 gallon jug of water only to have it start leaking almost immediately at the rim. The plastic ring that comes with it doesn't help. I tried desperately to re-balance the water jug but at least 2 gallons of water was all over my hardwood floors before I could get help moving the whole contraption to a sink.I buy through Amazon all of the time and never had this issue, but I'm not a happy camper.

The colors are great and it is just what I wanted

Just got this yesterday and got it set up today. I am very happy with the finish and color. It looks great in my home!!

I love my Bluewave Water dispenser Crock. The grey marble design is beautiful and in certain light looks blue grey. I previously used a hand pumpsystem, so it is a treat to just flip a leaver and I have water. Friends have commented at how nice it looks.I really lucked out on this buy.
