Mr. Stacky TC-1 Planter, Terra Cotta

It’s great. Easy to assemble and I had fun planting strawberries in it. Just waiting for harvest now. I’m sure it will last years!!

Does plantar is perfect if you live in apartment and want to grow some vegetables are flowers. I have received many compliments on it so far. I took a star off because you definitely need a little PVC pipe in the center to keep it sturdy. The bottom base was also broken upon arrival but still functioned. The color is a little more orange then I was expecting but the overall function of this planter is well worth it and out weighs the cons

I absolutely love this planter. It’s perfect for my small back patio and allows me to plant a wide variety of herbs. It took less than 2 minutes to assemble and it is extremely sturdy. Once it’s filled with dirt, it doesn’t waiver, even on an extremely windy day. I would highly recommend!

i got this to plant herbs and while it is cute- its not big enough to really fit much. if you were planting smaller flowers i think it would look nice. but the only thing i can really fit in it is parsley, chives and rosemary. so i ended up having to buy other containers for the rest of my herbs. each section is about 3X5" when you have them stacked, so there just isnt much room. this is good in theory, but i would say not made for a person who wants to plant herbs or veggies/fruits

Was a little leery based on some reviews of depth to support root system, but it’s about 5 1/2 inches deep with good drainage between layers. I will be adding some peat moss to organic potting soil to aid in moisture retention and avoid dry upper and saturated lower layers. Good design and value.

Once I got the hang of putting it together (it was so easy I made it hard!), it is working well for me. A little tricky to water, but plants are doing well!

I haven't had them long enough to tell how how my strawberry plants will fare in them, but they are easy to assemble and save a lot of space. I docked a star because they are supposed to be easy to water as the water from the top filters through to the bottom layers. But it's not very successful at getting to the places where the plants are growing. I think that when the plants get big, the water filtering down will water the roots well enough to hydrate all the plants but right now it's a bit of a PITA to water them all.
