This installed in less than two minutes and works beautifully! Put on my 6 string banjo and I play through a stereo rig and it sounds incredible! Fast delivery and great product! Nice to have something work as advertised!

Good full bodied tone and super easy to install. Great for playing gigs and open mic night. Definitely pleased with the results

Ample to amplify but you will need a preamp or booster. If you preamp you my also need an equalizer to balance some frequencies out or in. One down side is that the cord next to the head may cause some noise/ vibration. This will impact acoustic as well as amplification sound. Requires adjustments to work out that kink

It does exactly what it is supposed to do and it does it well. The bridge on my 6 string banjo is wider than most, I guess, because it is a little tight and is very close to the strings. I have had no issues with it though. The black stick-on is the old onepickup. I just haven't take it off yet. I have been comparing the sound. This one is much better.

Super easy to install (I move it between all four of my banjos with no problem) works beautifully for both the 5 and 6 string. Sound can be tinny but I run everything through a powered splitter at the top of my chain and can usually dial it in just right.

Nice for the price. A little sensitive but I guess that's how it works. Would be nice if it was small enough or designed to fit in the middle of the bridge instead of right next to my fingers in the edge. Overall happy with this pick up.

I had this pickup for 6 months and finally just threw it away. It was terribly frustrating trying to keep it on my bridge. It comes with 2 adhesives that work for about 2 months each before they give and it just keeps sliding up and down the bridge touching the strings. For $80 this should work very well, both sound and functionality. Spend the little extra $$ and get something better.

The pickup is well designed and easy to install, except the connector. Attaching the plug with zip ties was cumbersome. The pickup clipped easily on the banjo bridge, even a curved one. The connections inside the plug were faulty, causing buzz, snapping and noise, despite attaching with several new instrument cables. The pickup was returned for that reason. Had it worked properly it would be a good value for the money as it is less costly than others and could be moved among instruments.

I think there are legitimate concerns over durability, but in order to get clean sound you can have too much material messing with how the medium picks up the vibration. That sacrifice of durability definitely pays off in the quality of the sound capture.

I've tried others before, but this is by far the best contact pickup I've used. Whilst no pickup of this type will ever completely reproduce a perfect banjo sound, I'm very pleased with the results.

Me llegó antes de lo prometido. El producto es lo que esperaba. De acabado fino pero robusto. Muy original sujeccion para un banjo. Fácil de colocar en el puente da un sonido muy claro, limpio y acústico, resalzando el instrumento. Todas las cuerdas suenan igual. Se puede preamplificar y añadir efectos como reverberacion o chorus que Ddan una nueva dimensión al instrumento. O bien usando el claro y nítido sonido tal cual.

I plugged it into my Fishman preamp with the treble down a little below centre and the bass and middle above centre and I was so very pleased with the sound from the amplifier.Best banjo pickup I have had. (This is my third.)
