300% Germination Rate?!
First, I have to say that I really appreciate that these seeds are pelletized. I've tried planting Gloxinia seeds before that were not pelletized and it was a nightmare. They are soooo tiny.Anyway, this is going to sound strange, but I had over a 300% germination rate with these seeds. I was nervous to try them because I had purchased Gloxinia seeds from a different website a couple of years ago. I use my Aerogarden to germinate most of my seeds, which is almost always successful. But my Gloxinias never sprouted. I saw some people were having success with these seeds, so I gave them a try. Again, I tried them in the Aerogarden and again, nothing happened. After a week, I decided to take the advice of some of the reviewers and try a different method. I poured some "Jiffy Natural & Organic Seed Starting Mix" in a bowl and added some water that had been mixed with some "Miracle-Gro Quick Start Planting & Transplant Starting Solution". I poured the moistened soil into 3 small Jiffy Peat Pots. I put 3 seeds into each pot. I just laid the seeds on top of the soil and covered the pot with plastic to create a mini greenhouse and stuck them under some plant lights. And... success!! Within 48 hours, I had seedlings! On the first day, all three seeds in two of my pots had sprouted. By the next day, I was getting sprouts in the 3rd pot. By this time, I was just starting to see some seeds sprouting in my Aerogarden, but they're still super tiny when compared to the seedlings I started in the peat moss.Oddly, even though I only planted 9 seeds in soil, every day, I see new sprouts. As they pop up, I dig them out and replant them in a mini seedling pot. As of last night, I counted 29 seedlings from the 9 seeds I planted. I'm assuming that each pellet has multiple seeds in it. Gloxinia seeds are tiny, so I would imagine it would be impossible to pelletize just one seed. But that's just my guess. At any rate, I have had an over 300% germinate rate with these seeds when using the soil method I just described. I will no longer be attempting to sprout these in the Aerogarden. I will update this post in a few weeks and post pictures if my plants come along.

Very Disappointed - No Growth After Over a Month
I planted these seeds on April 24. It's been over a month, and I have nothing to show for my efforts. I am very disappointed with the quality of these seeds and would not recommend them to anyone.

Looks like true seeds
I planted this seeds 7 weeks ago. It’s hard to believe but ALL 3 containers I planted same day. The germination was different. All same soil but different containers. I would say soil, containers and environment makes big difference. I planted in regular potting mix. If I would of planted again I would of plant it in peat moss, or at least I should of run this soil through screen so there is no big pieces. Because this seeds and roots are so fragile. The containers that is tallest germinate first and containers without holes on bottom germinate last but germination was best in them. I planted them on April 6 and put on sunniest window sill, covered with plastic wrap all the way. The germination rate is about 50-70% I would say it’s very good. It would of been better if I would use right soil. I still have seeds left. But this is way more then I need it. I would recommend! Really happy with it! Wish they would have more variety.I tried to order from different buyer and he sent me wrong seeds. Good thing I know how seeds should look so I returned them right away

Trustworthy Company
Gloxinias is a type of flower that is not easy to cultivate, especially in winter. However, this company sold me 50 seeds, and despite it being winter, over 90% of the seeds germinated after two months. When I purchased it, due to a postal service error, we were asked to pay more than $6 for postage. As soon as the company received our email, they immediately refunded the postage without hesitation, after all, I barely spent $10 for 50 seeds. Yet, I believe that the owner of this company values business ethics and reputation far more than profit. I recommend their products, and you can trust that their commitment to ethical business practices is truly rare nowadays.

It’s the real deal
Folks I’ve bought so many over the years coming from china ans Russia and were all duds. Except this time a grower in the USA came through. I’ve grown Gloxinias before and they’re very very finicky. I’ve used African violet soil. And self watering containers once blooming. It’s not an annual. If you cut the dead plant back and keep in a dry dark area (not cold basements) in the spring mist the soil well and they’ll come back each year.So I night these seeds in July and totally forgot about them until it’s cold out and I thought oh where are those seeds. I used a seeding where you can pull out the well trays; container with lid. What made this work was a warming mat. That’s very critical. And an early morning sunny window.Soil should be moist not saturated. If you touch soil and you can see the water on yourFingertips-its too wet. But if you touch it and it feels wet but no water on finger tips. Then it’s perfect. Lay seeds gently on top. Do not cover seeds with soil. The seeds are VERY small; almost something you would use to decorate cookies with. And if you’re too heavy handed you’ll crush then easily with you fingers. I placed them gently into my palm and slid them onto the soil. Make sure to wash your hands and don’t use reused/recycled soil.If soil gets dry I spray with a mister every morning LIGHTLY.Within a few days I saw sprouts. I was still skeptical. So I took my 10x camera and took these pics for you. You can see that the leaves are fuzzy. Which they’re supposed to be. I’ll keep you all updated as to what they look like in a few weeks; mos. Hope this helps. Btw I cannot find Glox Plants anywhere. My friends have had plants and gave to me. She since had a house fire and lost everything so now I don’t have a source. Now I do. Thank you outside pride. And I bought another 200 seeds. Maybe I’ll sell the tubes when they’re bigger. Easier for folks to plant those than to do it from seeds. Good luck!
