Soooooooo good...
...these are amazing! i do not know the origins of the ramen type noodle and mean no disrespect to anyone or culture when i relate the following, only the sheer delight that these noodles are and how they reminded me of when i was a kid-many decades ago-my mother and i used to drive over an hour across town in our old station wagon to the Chinese noodle factory; yes, a factory dedicated to making Chinese noodles (i think they supplied restaurants far and wide but were gracious enough to also be open to the public) which have a special flavor and texture so wonderfully different from other noodles (which are also good but still different). it was very cool, smelled delicious and there were these massive machines that the noodles were extruded from and then cut with these big paper cutter looking things, it was really quite interesting. the trip would take a few hours and we would go every few months and get as many pink paper boxes stuffed with delicious noodles that we could afford and put the surplus in the freezer. and the noodles were so good they even tasted good raw:) we got many funny looks driving home with noodles sticking out of our mouths. ..but i digress,i know that most noodles are just wheat or some other flour and water, sometimes eggs (the big pile of flour on the board with the well in the middle that you whip a couple of eggs in the middle of then bring in the flour to make egg noodles for the turkey noodle soup after thanksgiving, also very yummy but still different), but still. i don't know if its the particular grind of the flour, the purity of the water or the temperature of the water when its added to the flour or that perfect amount of time working the dough to the perfect texture or the perfect amount of time to let the dough rest-probably all of those things- but there is NOTHING like proper Chinese noodles; nothing.and that is what these noodles taste like- whether you boil really good stock and just plonk in the noodles to plump off the heat while you sliver some green onions or have them with garlic butter and parmesan or sautéed shredded zucchini and crookneck squashes with garlic and parmesan or just butter and salt or any of the yummy cold noodle salad sauces. truly good noodles don't really need complicated dressing up, they are just really good. having said that they make whatever you make with the noodles that much better.these are just perfect and i do hope that the company will continue to make these delicious noodles and that amazon can continue to bring them to our bowls :)

Simple, great alternative to the chemical and fat laden ramens.
We love ramen but don't like the hydrogenated oil or other additives usually in it. This ramen is the answer. I microwave 1.5 cups plain chicken broth on high for 2 mins. Add noodles and microwave on high another 3 minutes. (Make sure to use a big enough bowl or it will boil over.) Crack 7-8 grinds of sea salt from a salt grinder, give a little stir and it's ready. Eat immediately to avoid over soggy noodles. Our kids love it.PS: Update, on my last order, not only were the noodles shipped without a shipping box, I only received 1 box instead of 3. Customer service gave a refund, so I will keep 5 stars, but really, shipping pasta through the mail without a shipping box is a recipe for disaster. It's puzzling why Amazon would think this was a good idea.

Pretty good RAmen
This is pretty good Ramen if you prepare it correctly. BUT, you have to buy their sauce packages which are pretty pricey. Just go to an Asian grocery. It will be just as good, you get it right away, and it is MUCH cheaper.

Th best ramen noods
I’m so confused from the reviews below complaining about the taste or not including broth? These are plain ramen noodles - you make the broth and the rest of the recipe. Are you people committing crimes by warming these noodles up in water in the microwave?Boil some stock over medium-high heat. Add some soy sauce and chili oil. Throw in some garlic. Make your home a magical ramen restaurant. Crips some mushrooms in the oven with butter and red chili flakes. (None of this comes in this package…)THEN ADD THESE NOODLES. THEY ARE THE BEST NOODLES FOR RAMEN RECIPES. You goobers.

Bland taste
Very bland taste. Texture was fine. Tried adding scallions & gomasio spices. Only hot sauce helped.

Perfect for ramen recipes
I was surprised at how hard it was to find dry ramen noodles by themselves, without being part of "soup" or containing added flavors. I was happy to find these on that note alone. I've used these dry noodles in a few different recipes, and they add just the right texture, depending on how you prepare them, for crispier or softer noodle recipes.

Been looking for exactly this
The same brand’s ramen bowls are $5 each and I use maybe half a spice packet. These are perfect to utilize all those unopened spice packets I accumulated 😊
