Great Substitute for Foam Roller
Great for tight muscles and cramping calves. The only problem is it has a fairly short charge but it’s easy to plug in to recharge. It has 4 speeds and beats rolling with a foam roller. Faster and I think more effective.

Charger is a unicorn
Works well enough, but the charger. Don’t lose it! It is a proprietary charger that you can’t get anywhere, not even from the manufacturer.
