More or a pipe lighter than Trench lighter. Solid build, very sturdy, and develops a nice patina. Definitely a bit more weighty than most pocket lighters but not enough ro be uncomfortable. Seems to have a slower evaporation rate than my zippo, but over filling causes fluid pooling in the top. So be mindful of that cause it can flare up quiet a bit if it does and you don't notice. I'm very happy with my purchase.

This lighter goes well beyond, exceeds expectations. Heavy solid brass/cooper material. Will last a life time. This lighter is great!!! I’m gonna buy a few more to give as gifts for my boys.

Very dependable, fuel life is great.This is a perfect lighter for extended camping trips.Long burn times. Not affected by wind.

The media could not be loaded. The lighter is super robust and well built, it’s solid Brass. It’s pretty easy to change out the flint but the Wick is a bit of a pain its a super tight fit and you have to practice re size a standard wick to get it in. Other than that it’s great it doesn’t get blown out easily and has a great multi directionality flame.

Only issue I have is first filling it up whole thing lights up And then bubbles out fluid when put out

Too heavy, too big

Not copper! It is a brass lighter. Brass is better so not upset about the upgrade. Finish and machining are impeccable. It is a heavy chunk of metal and square, not good for pockets. Looking forward to showing my friends as this is a great conversation piece.
