I was told this is a nice thick yogurt and it is as advertised. There is some heySo you just put it in a yogurt strainer or one of those fine, super fine mesh strainers and don't leave it too long or it'll get really thick.

Amazing product, the culture created a very nice soft yogurt, it was delicate and not tart. My first batch was smooth and fluffy and will make it again.
