Quality Kitchen Faucet
The Grohe Eurodisc faucet is a well engineered and works with a satisfying smoothness. Most of the product is brass with use of stainless steel and plastic in some places. Installation is a breeze as all you have to do is tighten the supply lines and mount it with a 17mm mounting nut. The way its designed you do not have any difficult to tighten pieces. It's pretty easy to install this in an hour. There are a couple of things to be aware of however. The unit has a combined flow restrictor/checkvalve/quickconnect that gives a barely adequate flow. If there are any obstructions (like small pieces of rubber from a disintegrated isolation valve in my case) the flow is inadequate and the spray would not stay on. Obviously the flow restrictor is to minimize water wastage and meet CA requirements. If the flow is too low its an easy upgrade as the flow restrictor is interchangeable. I installed a Grohe 46315 000 color coded Green/Black and love the higher flow rate. The faucet comes with a limited lifetime warranty. This means any wear part will not be covered after 10 years or so. Replacement of the ceramic cartridge is not too difficult, but you need to go slowly and make sure none of the O-rings get pinched.I hate throw away products. This one will last 20+ years with likely minimal maintenance. Nice looks without being gaudy. Definitely worth buying from Amazon (costs half of the designer showrooms) and installing yourself (only takes and hour)

Great! Works very smoothly
We bought this as part of our kitchen remodel. We have a double bowl extra deep sink.Pros* Our contractor was impressed; he has worked with them and remarked at their quality* It has a great weight & feel to it. It feels solid.* Love the button to switch back & forth from sprayer to full stream. It has great pressure. (of course this is impacted by the water pressure to your house too but our old one didn't have this same kind of water pressure)* Slighter lower profile than some which works for us since our sink is up against a wall that opens into the dinning room with an 18" counter with stools. You can't see it from the other room. Many of the others we looked at in this same style would have been seen.* It works effortlessly* Great price online compared to the storesCons* not a one yet and we've had it about a monthOur contractor installed it so we can't speak to the easy of that. We haven't needed to pull it out a lot so not much feedback there; its been great the times we have used it. Again, effortless. Smooth operating. We do plan to consider this brand first should we need faucets elsewhere in the house.

This Grohe product is not worth your money
We have 2 sinks in different parts of our kitchen. We had an original Grohe Eurodisc faucet for each sink. I would periodically (every 5 years have to replace the cartridge). And then Grohe flat ignoring its "Lifetime Warranty" stopped making the cartridges and the faucet. The older one was a good quality product - metal hose covering, smooth action spray switch on the head and more good features. After 6 months usage in our kitchen this new version is absolutely a total waste of money. The switch to spray mode does not work unless the water stream is very low and then one has to hold it in place and increase the water volume. The hose is cheap plastic garbage with a stupid weight attachment to retract the hose to replace the head. The one and only good feature in the new fixture is the quick coupler for the hose to the faucet. I contacted Grohe to try to find a solution to getting a new cartridge for the old faucet. They were rude and haughty and totally unhelpful - offering to let me buy a replacement off their in-house website (lixil.com). The equivalent faucet although listed was not available. Hence my purchase here on Amazon. Grohe does not deserve to be in business with this kind of trash in the marketplace, and a customer service attitude to match. They were once a dependable benchmark for good plumbing fixtures. Not anymore.

Well made and looks sharp
I had a Grohe Faucet years ago and it worked well for over 20 years. It was white and was no longer made, so I purchased not one, but 3 white Moen kitchen faucets in the past 10 years. They all began to stiffen up and stopped working within 2 years. This Grohe is chrome, so I had to replace the other sink dispensers (3) with chrome as well. It is well worth it, as this is a sturdy and smoothly functioning kitchen faucet. I would be pleased if it only lasted 10 years, compared to the hassel of replacing 3 faucets in this time frame. I would gladly pay more for a well-made item, that I did not have to replace so often. When you include the cost of installation and the time wasted on cheaper items, this faucet is abetter deal.

Looks good, performs poorly, unacceptable customer support
I've learned my lesson with Grohe and will never purchase from the company again. The membrane shown in the photo wore out after two years and Grohe has not stocked the part in years, according to the person I spoke with in customer support. I was offered a replacement spray head for $208 yet the part, when it was available, retailed for about $16. I spent an hour doing a deep dive search online and didn't come up with a replacement anywhere in the U.S., Canada, Europe or South America. It's unacceptable, in my opinion, that they sell this faucet that includes an essential but low-quality membrane and don't offer the replacement part.

replacement works good
original unit faulty- complete unit would swivel and eventually come loose on counter top. after investigating manufacture said the problem was due to assembly with lack of grease. Unit was replaced and is working good (as it should be).

Excellent Kitchen Faucet
We installed this faucet to replace an older Grohe Alira faucet. It is similar to the Alira but with a different handle arrangement. The spray hose on this unit was a grey mesh material vs a shiny metallic hose on our older Grohe Alira. My wife assisted in the installation (it is easier with two people for sure to hold the faucet in place while attaching it, etc.) and we are both happy with the new faucet. The instructions were easy to follow (though they are mostly without words). It would be handy for Grohe to include a hand tool to ease the tightening of the single under-sink hold-down bolt, but it is do-able with vice-grips (or similar). An important piece of installation advice: Feed the spray hose through the faucet PRIOR to installiing the faucet in place. This is different from the printed instructions, but we found we could not feed the hose past the hold-down nut after the faucet was attached to the sink/counter, and had to take it apart and first feed the hose end through and then tighten on the hold-down nut. The faucet is well made and solid, and operates smoothly. We would recommend this faucet to family and friends.

The product had missing parts.
The product had missing parts. It was clearly a returned item and was incomplete. Fortunately the item that it was replacing had the same parts still usable. As we couldn't wait we had to make due.
