If you need to see the ingredients on packages at the grocery store, these work well and can be fit in a pocket or purse. I'm using them at home to see ingredients instead of using a larger magnifying glass. There are quite a few so you can put them in your home where you need them the most! The closer you put these to your eyes, the large the text size. These are so lightweight it is no effort at all. Nice size. Make great gifts too. These are amazing you can use these and attach them to your first pocketbook or around your neck making it easier to find them and use them while shopping or if you're out and about browsing through stores you always have your extra eyesight with you. I don't seem to scratch very easily which is a big plus. 😊😊 When you sing these move the item slowly to catch the correct spot needed for your eyesight and easy reading. They're also safe for children to learn how to use magnifiers without having breakable glass. Highly recommend.👍

The thing I learned from this purchase is the product is just as described and works perfectly, however, DONT EVER take the protective sleeve off, in fact tape it closed, what I didn't realize is this is a fresnel lens which has many thousands of grooves similar to a vinyl record in the plastic (kinda like a fingerprint) and as scratches and dirt and oil from fingerprints and normal wear accumulates it makes the lens blurrier and blurrier until it's useless. I think if the manufacturer would pour another clear coat on top of the groove side they could fix it, but it's not there yet.

I often wish I had a magnifier with me to see small print and this has helped a few times now. I keep the clear plastic sleeve on it (to protect from scratching or distorting the grooves) and carry between cards in my money clip/card holder. It fits just fine size-wise - is just as thin as regular credit card. I have not yet even needed to remove from sleeve to see what I wanted to see. I was able to read the fine print on inside of eyeglass frames with this. It is by no means what you get with a jeweler's loupe - but handy to keep in money clip and always have with you. I'm glad I got it. I have been carrying for a few weeks now with no issues. If it does eventually get scratched, I have five replacements just waiting.

These are only a little over a buck each, so I probably won't be returning them - just know there is a pronounced distortion at the center of these. It's not an even magnification. Makes some stuff in the middle of the field of view distorted. It was this was on all of the cards in my order.

These are perfect for my dad before he FINALLY switched to readers. Several times while me and my parents were out to dinner, my dad had trouble reading menu, even going as far as to zoom in using his camera on his phone which was a hassle compared to this solution! I carry one in my wallet now and so does he incase he forgets his readers! I believe I have purchased a second set just because they are a little flimsy for the amount of times he's had to use it. It has become essential for him to use as a back up!

I am having problems with my eyes, reading the newspaper, menus in resturants and such. I saw these on amazon and I was not sure how helpful they would be but the cost was low and I thought I would give it a try. They are great, they are small and in a little pouch so you can slide it out or see thru pouch. Best deal good quality and works great. Thanks

Perfect size that fits right inside a credit card slot in your wallet. Easy to grab, but not a good magnifier (3X???). It could stand to be stronger and remain this size.
