This product is really good, but don't buy it for the same reason I did. I bought it because it had a counter on it, but it does not work right, if you count 15 repetitions it will show maybe 54 or 57 by the time you get done. Save your money and get the one without the counter, the product works really well.

This thing is nice and all, it gets the job done.But it doesn’t exactly fit in my hand and that range Of motion isn’t that high when I have the tension jacked up. The counter is fine, it gives you some idea of how many you did to make it equal. But the truth is that I don’t use this as much as I thought I would.

It appears well made, the grips are closer together than I realized, not the vendors fault. It is noisy, maybe time will quite the spring now from making the noise. I did 3&1 the spring but still noisy.

Have only had a couple of days, and about 500 reps. Mechanism to adjust tension seems solid and effective. Definitely a heavy duty spring.

Bought 3 of these for the boys in my family as stocking stuffers. They are all gym rats and particularly follow boxing so hand strength is very important to them. They have all raved about the convenience of having these. You can work out while at the office, in your car, watching tv, talking on the phone or just any other free time. Love them!!!!

I bough this model because of the digital counter. Not very happy with the counter because the button is flaky and will count sometimes 2, 3, or even 4 times for each press. For the price, I expected much better. Will likely return it and get something better built for the same or lesser price. The crappy counter just isn't worth price paid.

I've had the PhysioLife Hand Grip Strengthener for a few weeks. Recommended.It is used every day and have not had any problems with it up to this point.It's easy to adjust the grip tension, and the unit's tension setting doesn't slip over time.The unit counts reps, and is quiet to use without annoying others who are near.

Works well, my only issue is it doesn’t tell you the amount of tension you have it set to.
