6 years later...
My review is more of how well it has held up. I've had this house now for 6 years, and besides the fact that it's bright color is gone because it's an outdoor toy, I still love this little house. It's been through so many little ones in the past 6 years and I'm happy to say that non of them have gotten a single scratch from it, and it's still holding up great! Is it hard to put together? Somewhat. Is it a little flimsy? Sure.Is it inexpensive? Absolutely! Is it cute? YesWould I buy it again? Absolutely!Oh! And the doorbell still works 😁

Just big NO - Updated
It took around 5 hours to build this tiny house. A lot of small parts (on photos). The worst part is this house is not safe for small kids. A lot of sharp parts, corners. House not stable, and for no more than 1 child in it. Very upset, don't know how to return it now, already built.2 weeks after this review I still have no response from customer service. I submitted my request and question on how to return the already build house.

Worth the Work!
I'm not sure what the negative reviewers were expecting when they paid $50 for a huge playhouse- of course it comes in a ton of pieces. It took about an hour to assemble but overall it wasn't that hard. We've put together way more horrible toys than this- and the little one's reaction on Christmas was totally worth it. The sharp edges mentioned are there but its not something to worry about really. We just clipped them with a little razor. I could easily see 3 two year olds fitting in this house. It's cheap plastic but its for kids to play in- not for a family of 4 to live in.

I like the looks of the house and my granddaughter loves it because it has a mailbox and a bell. The assembly of the house was a pain in the neck.. We were unable to install the shutters. The holes which are intended to receive the hinge, are covered by the structure on each side. If you have ever assembled one of these contraptions, explain to me how you managed to install the shutters. The instructions leave a lot of room for improvement. For the price, it's a good deal.

very small and cheap plastic
A lot of parts to put together and very cheap thin plastic. The house is very small. I bought it for a 2 and 4 year old. The 4 year old can't stand up in it.

Difficult to install and not sturdy
This looked like a nice playhouse but was very hard to put together with no clear instruction. It's not sturdy and likely won't last long but my toddler loves it.

Not worth anything but recycling the plastic
So terribly disappointed in the poor quality of this item purchased for granddaughter. It came in 100's of pieces that had to be cut apart like old model cars; leaving more edges than I can count in need of sanding so baby girl is not cut and scratched. Pieces are cheap (this is not little tikes quality), wobbly, and warped. My husband and I wanted to return it, but now feel stuck with an inferior product that we will never use. It took hours to put together and we are unhappy to have throw money away like this. We are certain that she will like the box it came in though...LOLit is not even worth donating; if we would not let ours play in it; we certainly don't want someone else's child in it!!!Buyer Beware!!! Don't walk away; RUN
