You wouldn't think that 30 cents of plastic and metal would retail for $35, but there's a lot of design and certification work that goes into making sure you don't die in a fire. Worth every penny.On my oven the cord had some kind of bad connection to this terminal block. The connection got really hot before it melted completely. Wish I had installed it myself the first time instead of leaving that to the "professional installers" who delivered it.House still not on fire 5 months later so it looks like I did it right :)

This terminal block was a direct replacement for the one that had failed. Very easy replacement and got our stove back in use without an extremely expensive service.

They charge way to much for this part. That aside it was an exact replacement, and it does included the 3 needed but nuts not shown in the picture.The stove installer did not tighten the power cord terminations to the block correctly so the loose wire over heated the terminal lug and it melted free from the plastic molding while energized. it almost started a fire.

The old piece broke and melted terminal cords were causing circuit break to blow almost started a fire. Looked up part on searsparts got the number and ordered here big saving. I was able to fix myself.
