Sunglasses Case for Glasses,Sports Eyewear & Goggles-Lightweight Zipper Closure

I bought this to use with my prescription sunglasses, to replace the lousy case that came with them. I was a little afraid it would be far too big, and my sunglasses would get thrown around inside. A couple of reviewers mentioned it being so large they could put two pairs of glasses in there. There might be enough room to stuff a second pair in there, but frankly, I wouldn't. The whole point for me was to make sure that my all-too-expensive prescription sunglasses don't get beat up.I was happy to see that it is NOT such a yawning cavern as to be able to place 5 pairs of glasses, three small children, and sofa inside. I wouldn't mind if it was a little bit smaller, since my glasses are not made from telescope lenses (yet). But not so big as to be a problem.The inside is nice and soft to protect the lenses. The outside is sturdy enough for me to throw my all-to-expensive prescription sunglasses in the console of my truck, so they are always handy, without fear of them being beat or crushed to death by all the weird things in the console of my truck.I have second pair of all-to-expensive prescription sunglasses as a backup, and I am going to get another case for those. I may even pick up a spare for my backup set of all-to-expensive prescription glasses, for travel, etc., where I don't want them beat around in luggage or whatever.As you may have guessed, I am essentially blind without my glasses, and decent quality, serviceable cases are important to me to protect my small fortune in eyeballs. This is now a mainstay in my eyewear gear collection, assuming it holds up reasonably well over time. I suspect it will.

I have 2 pairs of the Oakley Offshoot model. I was a little worried about the size (too small?) of the case. I was wrong, they fit perfectly! I would choose this case 100 times out of 100 over the Oakley brand case! Here is a pic of the glasses. They are large.

I bought this sunglasses case because I wanted a fairly large case. It fits the need and appears to be sturdy enough for my purposes. The zipper works very well and the case will provide protection for my sunglasses as items get bounced around in the car, on trips, and landing everywhere. This case will allow the sunglasses to survive the family mayhem. The color options give you some good alternatives, for those who care about the color. I will probably get more of these for other glasses. Soft cases don't really provide the kind of protection I want for glasses.

I read somewhere that reviews with a rating of 5 often were from paid reviewers, so for that reason only I am giving this product a 4.About two months ago I purchased some prescription Nike sunglasses. They came with a Nile branded case which broke at the hinge (normal wear and use) after about one month.I found that exact same case available on Amazon for approximately $16, including shipping. But, many of the reviews were negative, and specifically mentioned the same issue that I had, so I decided not to invest my hard earned money there. I am only hoping that the sunglasses are better quality and hold up for quite a few year.In the meantime, I came across the OptiPlix case and since it had decent reviews and was decidedly less expensive, I thought that I'd give it a try. My only concern was whether or not it would be large enough to hold my sunglasses.The case arrived promptly, is the perfect fit and seems to be well made. So far I am very pleased, and highly recommend it.

Great product for the price. Wasn't willing to spend exorbitant prices for an Oakley case; these fit my Jupiter Squared's perfectly. My only complaint is, they only fit with the lenses facing the zipper - i.e. backwards - inside the case. As a result it is not particularly easy/efficient when putting the glasses in, because you usually fold the glasses holding the arms, while you unzip the case with your other hand. So it would be more ergonomic to put them in lenses facing the hinge, if you will. But they don't fit that way - at least my Jupiter Squared's don't. Anyhow, this is only a minor ailment and the case functions as a zippered hard-shell case for my investment and I am extremely happy considering the price.

This case is exactly as it is described. It is large enough to accommodate my prescription sunglasses and a cleaning cloth. The case itself is sturdy and does a good job of protecting my sunglasses from routine damage such as dropping the case on the floor of my car or getting bumped during normal vehicle operation. However, the case does not have sufficient rigidity to protect my sunglasses against being sat on. My only concern is the zipper which is prone to hanging - particularly on the initial corner when closing the case. I am also disappointed that Prime shipping is not available, but this is not a deal breaker for me.

Mine arrived with a split zipper that I was unable to re-thread. I ordered two just before a vacation, and was glad I did.
