I was initially skeptical about the benefits of the vibration feature, but after using it, I'm convinced. Ultimately, the closeness of the shave is probably about the same, but with the vibration turned on, the blade slides across the skin very notably smoother than with it turned off; with far less risk of cuts and abrasions. The Gillette Fusion blades have been my favorites for many years, but with this vibrating handle they're even better! I not only use this on my face, but I'm completely bald, by choice, and use it on my head as well, and it's as great for creating a smooth head as it is for creating a smooth face. As a side benefit, I find that the blades last longer using this handle, as well. I highly recommend this device, especially for the very affordable price.

I have tried other blades that resemble this razor none of them have the battery compartment for the vibration of the shave. The vibration on this model works well at getting a close shave. The blades last a long time and I get a closer shave than some of the cheaper blades advertised out there that are considerably cheaper but not as good.

Works very well. I think the vibration while you’re shaving gives you a smoother shave.

Tried another less expensive brand and found the razor burn was more than when I used the Gillette. Expensive yes, but it is worth the money for a good shave. A lot less razor burn and reliable.

Glad I found these razors on Amazon. They work great as they run on a battery that moves the blade across your skin.
