Item arrived quickly and the packaging was fine.Upon opening the item however I noticed right away a small yellowish stain on the white shirt. I found no other defect. So I would recommend to inspect the clothes before gifting.As far as the quality everything looks very nice and package with enough care.I contacted Amazon who was very easy going, they offered a replacement but I didn't want the hassle of the return. I told them I would keep it if they would give me a discount that reflects the damage since it is really not too bad and I might be able to wash it. And they accepted these terms.

Outfit was supposed to fit American Girl doll but was too tight. One boot could not go on. One sleeve could not get on dollPants were too tight to fit over legs.Only thing that fit was blouse and helmet. Very disappointed.

This equestrian outfit consists of the following pieces: 1) velvety-covered hat with velcro ties, 2) stretchy white cotton sleeveless shirt, 3) silky neckline bow with velcro closure, 4) stretchy soft tan pants with elastic waist, 5) black cotton jacket with lapels, white cuffs, buttons and velcro closure, and 6) plastic leather-looking back seam zippered boots.The whole equestrian outfit is well-designed and well-made. Every seam, including arm holes are surged, thereby giving you two thread/seam closures. If one of these thread breaks, you still have another thread keeping the seam closed. Basically, it's going to take a lot of playtime before the seam would ever (if at all) open up. Surging seams gives you a sturdier seam. It's the same type of sewing used on clothing manufactured for people. It is typically not used on doll clothing because it is expensive. To make those two seams, you need to stitch 3-4 threads at the same time! This is quality! The fabrics used in this outfit are high quality as well. The fabric used for the bow tie is like what you would find in a woman's high end blouse.The whole outfit is nicely packaged in a pink box with a shiny gold heart on top. Inside the gold heart are the words "Adora Amazing Girls". All over the bottom half of the box are a confetti of polka dots and hearts in shades of hot pink, teal, white, peach and yellow. It's the same print used on the boxes for the Adora Amazing Girls dolls. The poster board weight box is 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" x 3-1/4" and is the perfect size to make an impression as a gift!For doll clothing, this outfit is the gold standard; but I still think $30 is a lot of money for doll clothing. I feel $17-20 is about right. However, the workmanship and fabrics are outstanding, and based on that, I highly recommend this doll outfit. It will last a long time!

This riding collection is adorable, made for Adora Girls. It comes neatly packaged just like you're buying it from a top notch store. It includes boots, riding pants, jacket, shirt, ribbon, and helmet. They look real, nice quality for the price.My daughter collects American Girls. She also rides horses. She liked the set even though she doesn't own the Adora doll. She says the boots and jacket don't fit her AG dolls. The boots don't go over the calves. The sleeves on the jacket are too tight for the hands; however, she was able to use the rest of the clothing.

This is a really cute Equestrian Riding Outfit for the 18” Adora dolls. And it’s adora-ble! The workmanship in this set based on English riding wear is excellent from her head to her toes. It begins with the black flocked hunt cap that’s molded into the well-known shape of the dressage helmet. It has the black ribbon that goes underneath the chin when riding. The white sleeveless top is like the lightweight safety vests worn by the riders under their equestrian riding jackets. This jacket is black with black Velcro running under the row of buttons in the front. It’s a single breasted jacket with notch collar & flap pockets. The sleeve hem is white satin. The beige breeches are cut snug with seams typical to the English riding pants. They have an elastic waist. The English riding boots are just like the typical knee-high leather boots worn during competitions. They’re black faux leather with back zippers. There is a white bow that goes around the doll’s neck with a small Velcro closure. The attention to detail is impressive. Everything can be hand-washed or wiped down & should hold up for a long time because of the excellent workmanship. With what’s in this set, I think the price is reasonable.

The quality level on these beautiful clothes is fantastic. If you are looking for a plain, unadorned equestrian set, look no further. Everything fit our our generation and adora dolls very nicely, and the quality level on all of the clothes was very nice. I particularly like the boots and helmet. If you are crafty, you can also do iron on transfers or make an iron on with your craft cutting machine to personalize the outfit. I put a sparkly lightning bolt on the front of the shirt to give this an extra special feel for my children.Though this is overall a very quality set, the packaging on this is not great. I think that the pale pink adora girls box feels a little dated and not very special, and the box is made of such thin cardboard that all three of the sets of clothing that I picked up arrived with some box damage. This is something that you would need to put in a new box in order to give as a gift and have a nice presentation.
