Great little device!
I suffer from Raynaud's. I have a hard time doing anything outside if it is even slightly cold. My hands seem to go numb first. I bought this to carry with me and try to keep my hands warm. The face that it triples as a flashlight and usb charger is just icing on the cake. This thing is great!Pros:- Warms up incredibly fast! I was shocked!- Multipurpose. Seriously, this thing is a flashlight and usb charger too! Awesome.- Size is really good. It will fit in a pocket really well, which is perfect.Cons:- Could be more ergonomic. The shape is nice but it's a little awkward for me to hold in both hands.Overall I'm really glad I got this and think it will help when I'm at games, hiking, or camping. I'm looking forward to using it a ton!

I REALLY, REALLY LIKE IT!
I ordered my rechargeable Hand Warmer and USB Back-Up Battery from the Outdoor Way through Amazon on February 2, 2017 and received it February 3, 2017.I opened the box, read the instructions, tried all the functions and decided to use it for an evening program I was participating in.The unit was used out of the box as received. I turned the unit on at 3:50 pm and put it in my vest pocket.During the course of the evening, I tried the heater on high for five minutes, used the flashlight and strobe at least four times; 1. To check the light and strobe myself; 2. Three other times to show and demonstrate the unit to friends.I was Impressed how quickly the unit got to temperature at the low setting, seemed like just a few seconds. The same applied to the high setting.I turned the unit off when I returned home at 9:50 pm. When I shut down the unit, it still had two blue dots showing. And the heat was still holding at the same temperature as when turned on. A total of time of 6 hours had elapsed. I fully charged the unit overnight. On February 4, 2017, I returned to the program of the night before. I turned the heater on to low at 5:50 am. The unit did not go to 2 blue dots until 2:00 pm (8 hours 10 minutes). It started 1 blue dot at 7:15 pm (5.25 hours since 2 pm). The heat stayed consistent until 5:00 pm. The unit turned itself off about 8:30 pm. A total run time of 14 hours and 40 minutes. The low heat consistent run time was 11 hours and 10 minutes.Needless to say, I was very impressed with the Hand Warmer and USB Back-Up Battery from the Outdoors Way.https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01A2PERJW/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_0 Rechargeable Hand Warmer and USB Back-Up Battery Pack from The Outdoors Way - Best Reusable Option to Keep Phone Charged and Hands Warm! Great Product!
Winter 2019 and these hand warmers are still going strong.I bought 2 of these in October 2016 and I used them pretty much every day until April. It's mid-November 2018 and I'm heading into the 3rd winter with these hand warmers. They still work great, keep my hands toasty warm. The charge doesn't last quite as long as it did when they were new and they don't warm up quite as fast but they are still, by far, the best damn hand warmers I've ever had.Oh man do I love this thing. I walk with my dogs every morning. Last spring I injured my hand and now that the weather is turning cold, my hand aches so bad I start yelling at the dogs to hurry up so I can get back home. I did some research and found this hand warmer, decided to give it a try. It warmed up fast and kept my hand toasty and pain free. I can walk in leisure again and the dogs can dilly-dally all they want, a win win in my book. I'm now going to buy another one for the other hand. Let winter come, I'm ready for it.

Hand Warmer
I appreciated the amusing email and the follow-up from Mike at Outdoors Way. Not only was I pleased with the quick shipping of the handwarmer but the timing was perfect, as I had bought the device for my wife's upcoming birthday. Decided to give it to her early as we would be attending our oldest grandchild's soccer tournament and the first game was at 7:30 am. Temps were in the 30's and there was a breeze, so just sitting on the sidelines was chilly. My poor wife has a broken finger so getting a glove over that hand with the splint is problematic. The hand warmer worked so well and kept her ungloved hand warm in her pocket. It heats up quickly and the low temp setting is comfortable for bare skin. She was happy with it and I am impressed. Also, since I pulled it from the Amazon box just before we left for the games and gave it to her on the drive, it was nice it already had a decent charge, enough to last half the day and then some. We snowmobile in the winter, typically going to PA, Maine or Michigan and look forward to the functionality of the hand warmer helping keep her phone warm, so it does not lose battery power, in her coat pocket, so we can access it quickly for pictures out on the trail but your device will come in handy, too, for her hands when we stop or walk somewhere from our hotel to eat, in the evening. Since we been in Canada and it has been as cold as 30 below, keeping warm is a priority. Also, the power source/battery back-up aspect is appealing, as well.
