Great Fob
There is a difference in key fobs even though you might not think so. This is one of the better built ones, and it's worth a couple extra dollars, for something that will work long term.

I bought this to replace a key fob that had broken. Upon arrival, I noticed that the FCC ID is not what is stated in the Amazon ad. Not really an issue for me, I had the electronics module from the broken key and it was intact, and just moved it over. Exact same size, fit fine, and saved me the cost of programming. Now all I need is to find a locksmith to cut the key.I suppose that if I'd needed this key programmed with the module it came with, it wouldn't work as the FCC ID is wrong. Hence I deducted a star. Anyone buying this key should check the FCC ID before opening, and if it is wrong as mine was, it should be returned rather than risking the cost of programming in hopes it would work only to be disappointed. The FCC ID of the key I received is 2AOKM-TY5. I have no idea if programming this would work.Update: I got the key cut, and it fit the ignition, but the car would not start. Turns out the chip that communicates with the ignition is NOT in the module, but next to it, inside a small plastic case. So I called a locksmith that came to the house. He made a key, programmed it, voila! I have a spare. But then he took this key I bought on Amazon that I'd thought I'd wasted money on, and programmed that one too, even though the FCC ID is wrong. So now I have two spares, with all four buttons on all three working properly. Spent a lot more than I thought I'd have to, but now I have two spares for less than one would have cost from the stealership.

Great key it works for Toyota's with H-key.
You will need a locksmith to cut it and then program it. Programming has two parts - the transponder and the remote. The transponder allows the ignition to stay on after the key starts it. The second part is the remote that unlocks and locks the doors. Just make sure you get that clarified from the locksmith. If you don't get the transponder programmed right - the car will stall / shut off despite being able to start.
