VERY GOOD PRODUCT WITH NO DANGEROUS SIDE EFFECTS
This product had no reviews when I purchased it. I just didn't want to go full acid in my toilets that once could fit in with your grossest gasoline station toilet. I had a gross stained hard water ring that grew inside my bowls and I tried everything short of scraping the ring off the bowl (which also did not work without damaging the bowl surface). I thought I was going to have to buy new toilets. I read online that various acids is what the professionals use. Burning my skin or fuming up my house or worse yet causing some sort of explosion in my face was not my idea of a need vs. risk option. I used one bottle on three standard sized residential white bowls without removing the water in the bowls. I let it sit over night and woke to a wonderful surprise, all of the rings were gone and the rest could be easily scrubbed with my toilet brushes. I could leave it as is right now but My toilets were so bad I can still see a very faint sign of the ring so I am going to buy another bottle to finish the job and make them look brand new.

Worthless
Bought this since I had the same use case as the other reviewer, horrible rusty brown stains under the toilet rim and ready to buy another toilet just to get rid of them. This cleaner did absolutely nothing and did not get rid of the stain; a waste of over $20. Not thinking about basic chemistry was my problem. The stains were from the iron in the water and you need to use phosphoric acid to get rid of them. One application of naval jelly and they are completely gone. If this is the problem you are trying to solve, skip this product.
