This is a fantastic Edgar Cayce inspired breathing treatment product. It has pine needle oil and eucalyptus oil in a grain alcohol base. It helps heal the lungs from infection naturally. No drugs needed. Highly recommended.

This stuff is AMAZING. I have had sinus problems for at least 10 years now, but probably longer in actuality. Anyway, I started using this a couple weeks ago. I can smell things so much better now. I used to wake up with almost like a smokers cough, gagging every morning. But it was from my sinuses draining down my throat. I don't have that any more. The only thing I have found that works this good is a $300 bottle of nose spray you can get from the doctor (nasonex I think it was called). This is all natural. I do recommend that you blow your nose to clean out your sinuses as much as possible before inhaling through the tube. And have some tissue nearby for afterwards because after a while its going to help you expectorate all that nasty gunk inside you. I use one end of the tube for my nostrils, then flip it over and use the other end for inhaling through my mouth. Before when I inhaled through my nostrils I was so plugged up. Now I can actually feel the stuff I'm inhaling go up into my sinus cavity into my forehead! Its amazing. I can't recommend this stuff enough.

This is a Cayce formula and very helpful (in my personal opinion), for lung congestion, colds, etc. The bottle comes with "space" inside so that you can shake it with the lid on, and then open and insert the tube to "whiff' (inhale) the fumes. Once or twice a day should be sufficient. Many folks also use the Charred Oak Keg (and you can get one on Amazon, without paying high Baar prices)....for about $50. They are sold to age whiskey. One uses Laird's Apple Jack brandy in that thing, in case you're unaware, according to the Cayce readings. If you don't know about Edgar Cayce, look up the Assn. of Research and Enlightenment on line. ARE for more information. A good beginning book about Cayce's life is; Edgar Cayce, An American Prophet by Sidney Kirkpatrick. (Also on Amazon). I worked with clients with HIV/AIDS and this formula was helpful in keeping their lungs clear. Do not drink. Only inhale!

I have been using Inspirol for many years. It really help clear the sinuses. I also breath it directly into my mouth. I noticed that is helps get rid of a froggy throat when I sing also. I am updating this review since I read the Casey explanation of its benefits. He says it works as an antiseptic. So theoretically I think if you got a virus, (Coronavirus) in your mucus membranes Sniffing the ingredients would kill the virus. I have been taking it every day now since I read that. I figure it can't hurt. And the seriousness of the illness depends on viral load so whatever you can do to get the viral load down is a good thing. That's just my new 2 cents!

I have had sinus congestion most of my adult life, which I just lived with as it wasn't that annoying until about five years ago when I developed sinus related tinnitus. I tired every kind of allergy medicine, with Flonase giving the most relief, but even that was sporadic. I started using a Neti Pot regularly, which again helped but was limited in duration, so I was doing that 3 times a day to keep the tinnitus at bay. And using a Neti Pot, I'd have to blow my nose for 20 minutes afterward. So in my never ending search for relief, I started using Inspirol about 7 weeks ago. Maybe it's the time of year, because I think my allergies are worse with tree pollen and particularly cedar pollen, but I have found myself using no allergy medications and my Neti Pot, less and less; some days not at all. My nasal congestion hasn't disappeared completely, but it's more manageable and most importantly the tinnitus has been reduced in volume and in so doing is much less distracting and irritating. I'll know more when cedar pollen season rolls around again, but for now, I'm on board with Inspirol. Fingers crossed. And know before you try that it is definitely an acquired taste....... I didn't like it at the start as it burns my nasal passages in a rather startling way. But I can now tolerate the treatment better and am going to continue giving it a try.

I have ordered this twice. I distrust pharmaceutical company's. This product is all natural and that I trust. I was diagnosed with copd and offered an inhaler which I declined. I started doing my research and came across this product and decided to give it a try. It works! First time I used it it took my breath because I inhaled too deeply. But after adjusting my inhaling, I found it worked great. It eases the labored breathing and I feel more normal.

Clears the nasal passages & sinuses instantly. Has strong smell to it but I don't mind it at all especially considering I have COPD and this product helps my lungs breathe freely. Love Baar products; they never let us down. Wish I could afford the charcoal keg!

I have deep, long-term chronic sinus issues. I've tried so many things, with little or no help. This was different! I coughed up 1-2 ounces with each 15 minute breathing treatment that I did with this. It's helping to clear my chronically stuffy nasal passages, opens up my breathing, and even got rid of a cold I caught in one day. Nothing has helped me as much as this.
