Palamon Men's Assassin's Creed Ezio Bladed Gauntlet Costume

For the price, it is great. If you are expecting metal and leather, you can go to Etsy and get one made well, with the high price tag, of course. (You get what you pay for, after all.) You can easily paint it with acrylic paint to fix the paint job. And you can unsew the blade from the arm piece to get into the blade part to stretch out the spring a little, there is a button that the spring is attached to, and that is how the blade will extend. You will most likely have to fix it, as the blade pops out too easily. Sewing the blade back onto the arm piece is very easy, so keep that in mind too, if you are willing to put in a little work, it is really good in my opinion. If you want to do some work on it for Halloween or a convention, I suggest getting it early so you will have time to get it done. (I am in the process of putting together a whole outfit.)

It comes in two pieces, a faux-leather cuff which is attached to the blade portion by some very thing strings. When mine arrived it had already broken 5 of the 6 strings. If the strings managed to break in transit, I can only imagine they would have broken instantly if this thing ever got caught on anything while I was wearing it. The second portion is a molded flexible plastic covering that mimics the shapes and colors of the gauntlets details. The colors were incredibly faded making the gauntlet look terrible, and the tension needed to get the entire thing to stay together on my arm meant that the plastic was pulled too tight and the shape was flattened. Overall the thing looked nothing like the pictures and was nearly useless as a costume accessory.

Bought this for an Ezio Auditore cosplay for comic con, it's definitely not up to that standard on its own, but with a little adjustments (fixing up paint, filling in the rubber indents with glue or some other hardener, tightening straps, adding a firmer backing) it can serve the purpose pretty well. Would rate four stars if it was MEANT to be edited, but since it is kinda expected to be good on its own, it's getting three. The blade itself is a little loose and does tend to fall in slightly when the whole item is pointed up, but it's easy enough to hold it out by just putting a fingertip on it or something. Worth the low cost, especially if you have the materials to make it better yourself. I bought a second one for the second hidden blade of the costume because it was cheap enough.

for $18 a pop, sure it's a fantastic prop! I plan on making my own bracers as the one included is a wierd rubber you'd use for face prosthetics.. the blade CAN spring out with no warning but just dont shake it too much. I plan on making a lock mechanism of sorts to lock it open and or closed to improve this design. The straps are a very loose elastic, so I may make my own buckle straps instead so it's more secure.Cut n dry, great mod platform or quick fix for an Ezio costume if you don't want to break the bank or dont want to lose a ring finger.

My 9 year old son used his Amazon G.C. to purchase this. He didn't care that it said "Men's size" he wanted it regardless! He was Ezio for Halloween, so it actually fits perfect over the wrist guard that came with his costume. It looks exactly like the picture and Works perfect! He's super happy with this product! We would definitely purchase from this seller in the future!

The product looked good coming out of the box. I looks good for photos. I wore it twice for a party and when taking my children trick or treating with the Ezio costume. The blade can automatically deploy with prompting is not good. The arm guard cover broke on first wear because of thin rubber and the way it is stitched. Decent product but not sturdy.

It is poorly made. It does function but not easily. I had to sew it on within an hour of use.

It's a cool little thing but my son was gentle with it and it still broke within 2 days. Definitely not worth the money.

Para el precio que tiene está bastante bien, el mecanismo de la hoja oculta y el brazalete (la parte que asemeja ser de cuero) son dos piezas separadas, lo que facilita mucho la puesta, otro punto a favor es que al ser dos piezas separadas puedes usar la hoja oculta sin el brazalete para hacer cosplay de Desmond por ejemplo, o de algun otro personaje, el tamaño de la hoja me sorprendio, la imaginé más pequeña pero tiene buen tamaño, recomendable en especial si buscas algun accesorio para cosplay

Great for my son's Halloween costume, and seems to have held together long enough to make it through the night

My grandson loves it but delivery was very slow but finally got it. Seller was very accommodating.

Best part of costume. My kid is very happy he got it. it fit a little bit for hime (he is 10) but nothing that ca't be fixed.
