Posture Corrector, Effective and Comfortable Bodywellness Posture Corrector for Women and Men - Back, Shoulder, Neck Pain Relief - Clavicle Support Brace for Slouching & Hunching

I have been thinking for a while about getting one.. but I always thought it wouldn't make a difference. I have been using it for days and it is impressing how wrong has been my position until now. I normally take it off in the evening when I get home and I realized I keep the position even when I am not wearing it! Quite happy so far.

I'm really love this product. It is helpful for my back beacuse I have some problem with my posture. I use it in my work and some time and home. I put it over the shirt and it doesn't look too bad.

I want to just qualify this review by saying I have no medical knowledge and, as far as I know, this product isn't necessarily supported by any medical bodies. However, when I first tried it, it immediately made sense. I asked myself how I wanted my posture to be, and asked others what looked reasonable. And, based on that, I adjusted the straps and gave it a test. Whilst it's on, there is no doubt that it encourages you to stand or sit straight. It is just plain uncomfortable to try to slough when the thing is strapped up properly. That is the point though - to make it uncomfortable, to provide a deterrence. I can't speak to its long term effect yet, as I haven't been using it consistently over a long period of time. But again, it makes sense to me that if you keep using it, slowly and gradually your body's memory will adjust to it. I must add, I had a sore back in the evening after the first few times using it. I guess I hadn't had to keep my back so straight for such a long time in many, many years. All in all, I think this is worth a punt. It's a simple enough concept, and probably worth about as much as it costs. I would be much more confident and give it 5 stars if I was certain that this was medically approved and that there was some scientific evidence of it being effective.

After a week my back is already better... first few days it was a bit annoying probably because I had an incorrect position for long time but now it’s much better

First; the problem. 1 Drooping Shoulder 2 Round shoulders, 3 Always looking at the ground, when walkingNow; my shoulder is level with the other one, my back is straight (no round shoulders) and I look where I am going and not at the floor! A side effect has been to tighten my stomach muscles. My wife says I look a new man. What a wonderful transformation, thanks to this posture corrector.It took a bit of effort, but one gets out what is put in.Well worth it’s money and yes at the start it is a bit uncomfortable, but only for a short time while it’s doing its job

Takes a bit of time getting used to wearing it. Easy to get on and adjust. Seems well made. Head up , shoulders back. I didn't realise how much i slouched.

I find it a bit unconfortable when fitted tight, so I find it most useful as a reminder to keep my shoulders straight and wide. It's helping a lot when I'm working standing for long hours and does not impede my movements.

Bought for my son,cause he loves seat a lot time play to computer games.He use few times and it's start slow work.He feel like its helped correct his back
