Q: Are the 70lb ones strong enough to keep a dog from opening lower kitchen cabinets?

What size dog ? Small medium or large ?

Q: can one of these magnets pull a vinyl door shut? I need something to pull the door shut when close to contact. Is 70lb to much?

This product comes two in a set. I think they will hold a door closed if you order the larger size. However based on your question it will not “pull” the door closed. It only holds the door closed once you pull it closed. If you need a device to actually pull the door closed after you I recommend you get a Pneumatic door closer. If you just want to keep the door closed a set of these should work. Really strong.

Q: Will they work on motorhome cabinets

I don't see any reason they would not work because they offer different magnet strengths and I installed these same style in 40lb and 70lb strength to hold large French Doors and no issue. I replaced a "Ball-detent" type closer and they've worked great. There will be a noise when the magnet contacts the metal plate and I can't see vibration from driving on any type of roads jarring them loose.

I lived in California for years-yes, the latches should work(60-70lb) should be ok to 5-6
