Chez Jane Garlic Spread, Herbes De Provence, 4-Ounce Jars (Pack of 6)

This garlic spread was more of a consistency of a primer putty, I could not get that past to actually put it on food. Plus, I couldn't figure out what type of food to even try putting it on. It seemed to require cooking to be edible, but I ended up giving it to people that do a lot of cooking and pitched the rest. I was hoping for a garlic spread like a dip that could go on anything, chips, bread, vegetables, etc... But I think it was more of a marinade to cooking for meat/fish. Not for me, maybe you?

This product is very strong and garlic flavored and a little goes a long way. I have only used it on bread so far but think it would be good on fish. I am experimenting. It is not butter..canola oil so that makes a difference as well. It will stand up to the heat but be prepared for you house or office to reek for a while.
