Regular loofah poufs are usually only good for one month because of bacteria, how long are these free from bacteria?

Simple trick I learned..... pour an once or two of bleach in your bathroom sink filled with warm water. Proceed to swirl pouf in solution for approximately 30 seconds. Rinse out pouf with clean running water until thoroughly clean of bleach solution They will remain bacteria free indefinitely.

Are loofahs Replacable on the handle.?

The Loofahs on the Back Scrubber can be replaced with two bath sponges. The loofahs are not glued on. The handle has three holes that can be threaded with twine of some sort to secure the sponges. Hope this helps.
