You have to add the coins yourself. Pull the branches up and apart. Makes me leary to do of accidentally breaking one of them off. The little stand turns but not to good sadly.

If you have big hands you may have a tough time with this. The beads and coins are not pre-assembled. I have tried several occasions to put it together but have only managed one thread...out of 6. It’s a beautiful piece but difficult to arrange if you have big hands like I do.
