Best you can buy. Easily load 1000lbs on these racks. As with any roof rack, you will get noise as you speed up. This is from the wind hitting the front rack and creating a howling noise. Doesn't matter what brand. Don't be one of those idiots that buy a wind deflector or contrive some elaborate solution. All you need to do is to get some soft rope and wind it around the rack, as shown in photo. Don't get anal about it, just wrap it slightly loosely and space the wraps around the bar. The idea is not to deflect the wind, but to disturb the harmonics of the wind going around the bar. This will eliminate about 98% of the noise. You're welcome.

Nice rack
Fits my 2018 chevy express extended perfectly with five feet spacing. There probably isn't a better three piece rack for a van. It's what everyone has at work. Yes there is wind sound over 50 mph. I will buy two twenty feet long square steel tubes that matches the width. Weld up a 14' x 6'ish rectangle with the front and back bar raised to match height. Bolt to existing tie down holes on the side. Add tie down hooks. Will stop the vibration and be more like a $1500 rack that can be loaded with a forklift. Glad I didn't buy one of those cheap racks on ebay.

Good after you get it installed
This is a good product once installed. I have a chev express van. It was a little difficult to install. Directions are not very good. I was able to get it installed no problem though. In the end it is a good ladder rack, it does make a little bit of noise as your drive but I would buy it again.

Professional, Durable, and Proud of it
As soon as I opened the box I knew I made the right decision. The steel feels and looks very durable and strong. They fit nicely on our f250 van and I don't expect any problems with this item as we've had them for a month without any problems.

Read the instructions and installation will go well.
This is the second set we have purchased and are well pleased.

center supports not right for express van
I ordered this specifically for a chevy express van, When I received it the instructions said the 2 supports for the center bar were 5/8" shorter for express vans due to the curve of the roof. The center bar supports that came were not shorter.I called weather guard and they said return them to vendor. I decided it is easier to cut and weld them. One downside of ordering something this big on line.

Damaged, Used, and Rusty
Box got here and it was already broken open. I was sent a used and rusted out ladder rack. The directions were unclear. I would not recommend purchasing this. Every single part was damaged or rusty but I wasn't able to return it because I had a job and the box was ruined.

Not convenient for all vans, not the quality you’d expect.
1) Instructions are basically useless. Once figured out it wasn't too difficult, but still could have been clearer for the price.2) Again, for the price I really wish I didnt have to cut the crossmembers myself for it to fit.3) To be an “acceptable” installation, you must modify spot welds on the roof lip on your van. I REALLY dont like that. Instead of mass-production ladder racks, perhaps Weather-Guard can make some brackets to accommodate those vans that have a welded seam on the roof. I’d have even paid extra to have not cut welds on my roof, though I shouldn’t have to do either.4) For the roof rack to be warrantied, you must seal all “Crevices” with the supplied silicone sealant. I’ll refer you to point #1- Vaguely worded instructions give zero indication as to what a “Crevice” may be regarding this rack.At the end of the day, it all sort-of went together and it will ‘work’, it’s just not going to be warrantied in my case. But at least the roof of my van still has it’s factory welds. Thanks
