I love E.L.F products and this fills in my eyebrows nicely. I can apply a small amount for a natural look or apply more for a dramatic look. Doesn't rub off during the day, but removes easily with any makeup, face cleansing.

I love love love this eyebrow pencil. It’s dual sided, one is the pencil and the other is the eyebrow brush. I love the neutral brown. It looks natural and not fake like some I have tried.
