I was looking for a replacement pet bed for my elderly cat. His original bed was a dog bed I had purchased at another store however after years of use it had gotten into a really disgusting state. It was large and cumbersome and unwashable, But it had firm sides that he could recline against if he wanted to. Finally that old pet bed needed to be thrown away because it was basically destroyed and so I started searching for something that could be machine washed if it got dirty and my search led me to this bed. It came in a very small compact box But as soon as I unwrapped it the bed started increasing in size due to the foam being allowed to expand as designed. I was impressed with how it started to take shape. Within five minutes of putting the pet bed in the spot of the old, beloved bed, my elderly cat jumped in it, as shown by the photos. He shuffled around, made some circles, and settled right down in it to groom himself and that’s where he remains. I know the manufacturers instructions say it takes 24 hours to fully formed into its proper shape but I don’t mind and neither does the cat. He’s quite happy with it the second I put it down in front of the fireplace. I will update the review to see how long he sleeps in it but I suspect he will enjoy several hours of naps.

I bought the first bed a few months ago and loved it! Absolutely great value. My cat loved it. I bought this one to place in another room. The first was a Medium. This is a small (a better size for my 8 lb cat, but she loves both beds.) The label in front is off-center. Compared to the medium (now used as a sleeping bed), this one serves for occasional use in another room. This bed is easy to clean, has a removable cushion (reversible, use fabric side or plush gray side) and the fabric design is attractive. The picture looked a bit greenish, but it is a true gray. Nicer than anything else I've seen. The cushion is reversible, so you can use the fabric or the gray plush side up...It is attractive in any room. Another positive: This bed, with fabric-side up, repels pet hair and is easy to vacuum or use a lint-roller brush to remove hair. For a cat with skin allergies (think dust mites here), it's a better option than any others I've seen. For the price, the quality in this bed is absolutely great! (It will come tightly rolled up, and initially, it looks like it's defective--but it will quickly plump back out to its proper configuration.)

I am stating that I was wrong in my initial assessment and disappointment! The company was more than willing to refund my money and did not want the product returned. Believing that the bed would not last long with our new chewy puppy, I decided to let it be the one then in the house he could destroy if that would help protect furniture, shoes and etc. He did not disappoint! However he is now a year old and try as he did the bed is as good as the second day we had it. I say the second day because it took 24 hours before the bed physically look like the picture online. The side which seemed floppy initially firmed up and despite my dogs best effort to flatten them they still stand firm and cuddles him when he decides to use it as intended ( when he's not using it as something to attack. I NEED THE PHONE NUMBER SO I CAN RETURN. THE REFUND! BED IS EVERYTHING THEY SAID IN THE DISCRIPTION.

Our 2 fifteen-pound brother felines like to spoon in the cat bed we bought them as kittens, but they're now so large that just one of them is too big for it. Their legs and head hang off either end. Pretty funny. Anyway, I figured this enormous 25-inch bed was plenty big enough for both of them, plus yay for the high sides because they love leaning their head on the edge to stare out the window.Problem: They won't touch it. I've spread catnip around inside, turned the cushion on both sides, put it right next to their favorite bed (on the coffee table in front of the windows). Nothing works, they avoid it like it's cursed.It's been one month, so I'll give it another couple months, because... cats.

We just adopted a senior, orphaned shih tzu about 3 weeks ago, and she showed no interest in this new bed at first, choosing instead to sleep on the bare floor or the carpet. But about an hour ago, she got up from the carpet spot she was sleeping on, and walked over to her bed. Got in, curled up, immediately fell asleep, and is now snoring away! For the past two weeks, I've been hiding her favorite treats in the bed, to get her to investigate it. I think it's really cool that the bed is reversible!! I tried first to introduce her to the plastic side, thinking that it would be cooler during the heat wave we're having. But she had no interest in it. Once I turned it to the softer, velvety lining instead, she warmed up to it fast. I'm thrilled to see her sleeping in it now! She might like the other side eventually. Everything is new to her here, so we're taking it slow.

I ordered this bed because my cat’s current bed was too small....he instantly loved it! I like that it has a reversible inside, can be flipped depending on the weather (fluffy side for winter, pattern side for summer to keep him cool) my cat got in the moment I pulled it out and instantly started purring. For reference he is around 12 lbs and 1.5 years old and I got the medium size (the larger of the two) and it’s very spacious. The only downside is that it’s a little flimsy so you can’t pick the bed up and move it with the cat inside because it will bend and they will bounce out. He really liked the raised edges of the bed because it makes him feel secure and hidden lol. I wish it came in more colors and patterns so I could match it to my furniture but this design is still cute.

This is the second bed I’ve purchased because my dogs loved the first one so much! Vert soft inside. Easy to clean was a must have for me, and this fits the bill. I wash in the machine and then put in the dryer on low for a short time. I plan on buying more in the future since we have 4 smaller dogs and only 2 of these beds. They prefer these over all the others.
