I am finding this so helpful. I have been suffering with sciatic pain for a few weeks and as a musician have to sit in one position for long periods. This has really helped relieve the pressure points. Though the pain sitting was still there, as the cushion 'gives' as it moulds to your shape, the pressure under my thigh which I thought would be too much (having to use a highish seating position to play) it squashes down over the chair edge and has proved really comfortable. I might continue to use it when the sciatic pain has gone. It was delivered next day thanks to Amazon Prime so I was very pleased with the purchase.

Like most office workers I am sat down for 80% of my working day and started getting some back pain. After a friend recommended looking for a foam seat I found this. IT has already helped ease my back pain and I feel I sit in a much better position because of it. It really is great and other people have commented and want to get one too. It is soft and just rests directly on top of any chair.

Better than I thought it would be. It certainly makes an uncomfortable chair more comfortable but can't mask any design deficiencies in the chair. The nice feeling covering might get covered easily with dust/cat hair and may start to feel "over warm" when the temperatures start to increase but, overall, I can thoroughly recommend this item. Fast delivery too so no complaints there.

A well made cushion but did not help my coccyx pain at all. Saying that my pain came from quite a serious car collision so perhaps it was more to do with the type of pain I had than the product. If it’s for pain from sitting at a desk for a long time in the day etc I’m sure this would help to ease that pressure. Unfortunately didn’t help my circumstances

Gosh I love it! I use the cushion for my office chair, I've only had the cushion for a few days but it's made such a difference already. I have lower back problems and have for several years. This cushion has already made a massive difference. Takes the pressure off my lower spine.

I have had sciatica for some time making seating uncomfortable so bought this cushion. It has relieved the pain from sitting as the pressure is not on the spine. I can now watch TV etc without having to stand. The sciatica hasn't gone but this has helped make life more comfortable. I would recommend if you have pain from sitting.

I work on my laptop at least 7 hours a day and this cushion really makes it easier.

I bought this seat in desperation as I had a very painful tailbone and no idea why. After noticing one day that I was leaning forward heavily at my desktop, I figured the pain was being caused by pressure on my tailbone when sitting upright. The cushion arrived a few days early this morning, and I placed it on my computer chair. I have one word: unbelievable. The pain hasn't been present, I am sitting upright, and the quality of the cushion is exceptional. It has a plush side facing the body and little grippers underneath so that it doesn't slide on the chair. Despite being solid, it is not uncomfortable. The cover zips off for washing. I am 6ft 1, 225lb. 36 in waist, the seat is too small. If there was one 120% of this, it would be perfect. Also, too soft.

It’s great feels good but I do find it slides around a bit on my chair which is kinda annoying but other than that it’s great!

I had a sore tailbone from sitting in the office. As soon as I used this cushion the soreness started to ease that it is almost non-existent now. My neck too had some issues, which are better now. I guess this cushion fixed my posture overall. I use it with the hole under my tailbone to relieve the pressure, although for some reason the user's manual that arrived with it recommended males to use it with the hole to the front. I disregarded that.
